Graham Walker Criminal Defence Solicitor (Maryhill) is indeed a defence law firm true to her name. They are very thorough, caring, and give you listening ears. They are very good with communications. They do not leave you in the dark. I am very happy. I was charged with a car insurance offence, which was 6 points on my licence and a fine of £300. My insurance company (Freedom Brokers) had misinformed me on the expiration date of my insurance; my insurance ends on the 18th of March 2024, while I bought another insurance to start on the 19th of March 2024. I was stopped by the police, saying my insurance ended on the 17th of March, which I confirmed to be true when I got home. I was taken to the court by the police after efforts to explain that I was misled by my insurance company failed. Graham Walker Solicitor stood by me all through the period of the case, and eventually the court cancelled the charge, and I was never charged any legal fee by Graham Walker Solicitor. I was very happy because each time I was at their office, I left with more hopes, and I could see headway. I thank God Almighty everything ended well.

Where do i start? First of all I would like to thank all the personnel at Carlton place office for dealing with my case. They provide a first class service from start to finish and wouldn't fault them 1 bit! Can't rate Mr Sievwright an his colleagues highly enough. I was charged with a red light offence, and though found guilty I escaped points and a fine due special reasons. Professional and easy to talk to throughout. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much.

Absolutely diabolical! "Someone will call you back " they never did once! They give new meaning to the words criminal defence. Ian Sievwright, "The magician of Maryhill" for making charges dissappear, it was him that disappeared! Utterly useless. He will turn up in court the first day full of poop, "I'm the boss, I've done hundreds of these and I'll be taking your case" next you're landed with some kid just out of short trousers that doesn't know what day it is. Thank goodness for the Law Society.....
