I recently dropped in at Gracie Barra West Fort Worth while travelling for work, joining the Wednesday night no gi class and the Thanksgiving holiday open mat on Thursday morning. From the moment I walked in I was met with a warm welcome and felt immediately at home. Special mention to Matt for the great instruction, and also thanks to Justin, Noah, Natasha, Jose and KT who helped make my visit feel like part of the community. The vibe was relaxed and friendly, and the rolls still gave a proper workout and a good challenge. The facilities were excellent. If you find yourself visiting Fort Worth I highly recommend Gracie Barra West Fort Worth. Great gym, great people, and I will definitely drop in again.

Hands down, it's the best place to train. I learned various techniques and enjoyed every second of training .I can say its truly a whole body workout.The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is passionate and truly amazing. David, the lead instructor, is incredibly motivational and supportive. The other trainees are friendly and easy to talk to. I can't wait to bring my son here to start his training. Thank you for such a great first experience.
