I can't say enough good things about Gracie Barra Broadbeach! From the moment I joined, I felt like part of a family. Professor Ruffo is not only highly skilled but also genuinely care about each student’s progress and well-being. The atmosphere here is incredibly welcoming, and it’s clear that the focus is not just on teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but also on building a supportive community together. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, everyone is treated with respect, and there’s always a sense of camaraderie. It's like being part of something much bigger than just a gym – it’s a true community. I’ve made lifelong friends here, and it's been amazing watching everyone, including myself, grow both on and off the mat. One of the standout aspects of Gracie Barra Broadbeach, for me, is the incredible female group. The women here are dedicated to supporting each other, both on and off the mats. There’s a true sense of love and support, and it's empowering to be surrounded by strong, like-minded individuals who help each other grow, celebrate each other’s successes, and encourage one another through challenges and hard training. It’s inspiring to see how the group continues to thrive and push each other to be better every day. If you're looking for a place where you can improve your Jiu-Jitsu and also feel like you're part of a caring, inclusive family, Gracie Barra Broadbeach is the place to be!

Since joining in November of 2024 it has been a roller coaster of emotions never thought I’d end up doing a martial art as it was way way out of my comfort zone as I’ve always been a bigger guy a bit clumsy, But Professor Ruffo and every one else at the gym has made me feel welcome since day one the environment that has been created makes me feel like I’m with my family,
