I took my car to Audi workshop and they gave me very expensive quotation for small work plus they will keep the car for two days Then I went to Grace workshop, on spot they did the inspection and sent me report. And also sent me 2 quotations I kept my car their and took it next morning fully repaired In between grace team sent me pictures of each step of the work done which is AMAZING for me to be updated every 2 hours I highly recommend the place for anyone who want professional work and trusted team Good luck to the team

Very professional and excellent workmanship. I went there due to a jammed sliding door of my Honda Odyssey 2015, it was not opening. They diagnosed the issue on the phone call itself and advised what needs to be done. It was due to a damaged fuel door sensor. They ordered the parts and since it takes 15 days to arrive, they fixed the damaged sensor to make it in working condition. The best part is that they are very transparent about charges and they update you the progress of job with photos and videos while your car gets repaired. I recommend them 100 % and wish them best of luck. Keep up the excellent work.

Grace Auto is the most trustworthy auto shop you’ll find in Abu Dhabi. I had two vehicles serviced by them this week. In both cases, they took care to diagnose without inflating the issues and the pricing is absolutely reasonable. Quotes were clearly typed up and provided ahead of work for my approval, and they kept me informed via WhatsApp with pictures and status. As an extra perk, my cars were washed before pickup (better shape than when I dropped them off!). Don’t get ripped off by dealerships— Go straight to Grace Auto to save yourself money and headaches. 💯

Came to Grace to diagnose an issue in my Genesis G70. Sibi was quick to respond, evaluated the errors and within minutes figured out what was the problem. Although this was a quick fix I'm so happy Sibi figured out the issue quickly and I was back on the road in minutes. Sibi is a very genuine guy & I'm happy that I could find a garage that knows to diagnose an issue properly than jumping onto 'replace parts' decision. Absolute crooks!!! Do NOT trust this company. Extremely rude manager who lies to your face and is extremely arrogant!!! Charged me over 9k aed for a full service, returned car with scratches and permanent scuff marks on paint work then had the arrogance to say it wasn’t them!!! Failed to provide a receipt for new tyres and refused to do so! Didn’t even have the decency to clean the vehicle! DO NOT trust this company. They should be shut down!!! ALSO NOTE that the below response from the workshop is completely false!!!

As many other people have noted, few business come close to the customer engagement and communication of Grace workshop. They help keep you updated throughout the work period and inform of you each change or additional work needed. They charge for the initial inspection which is expected and they thoroughly inspect each part of the vehicle for a comprehensive check up. The list they prepare can include non essential work which you can speak to them about and have it reduced and their communication was always professional and helpful. They cover complex work from electrical and AC to basic and paint jobs. The paint work they did was excellent and it was difficult to differentiate it from the original parts. While you can get cheaper work from places elsewhere, they are much more easy to work with and get everything done in one place without hassle.

Hands down the best people in this business. I've been a customer since 2018 and they have been exceptional. Customer care, a sense of urgency, quality work, value for money and above all, the trust factor. Siby and his team delivers; consistently. Highly recommended!

Avoid This Garage – Overpriced & Unprofessional! Worst garage I have ever seen in my live. The worst garage I've ever seen in my life. We had an engine problem after turning on the air conditioning. The car sounded an alarm. The desktop lights wouldn't even come on. They can't find the problem with the car. They keep charging money and replacing parts that don't solve the problem itself. They're charging AED 2400 to replace a radiator and fluid tank. That doesn't solve the problem, so they're asking for payment and to take the car. Don't be fooled by the fancy interior of this garage—it’s all about appearances, not service. Stay away and save your money!
