Needed to get an oil leak (from rear crank seal and a few other seals) repaired + shocks changed. This is a major job requiring the engine to be removed and the transmission to be disconnected. Got a steep quote from the main dealership , while some other reputed garages said 4 days for the job. Grace Autos quoted a very good price and were confident it could be done within 2 days. The first impression I got when I met them was that they are highly professional yet warm and easy going people. I was not disappointed at all. They provided a professional printed quotation, demonstrated the leaks to me before the job started, advised about using genuine parts for the engine and on my desire to use aftermarket shocks advised high quality but lower cost Japanese shocks. They kept me informed throughout the repair with photos every few hours. The complex job was completed within the stated time and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy workshop with a dependable team.

I took my car to Audi workshop and they gave me very expensive quotation for small work plus they will keep the car for two days Then I went to Grace workshop, on spot they did the inspection and sent me report. And also sent me 2 quotations I kept my car their and took it next morning fully repaired In between grace team sent me pictures of each step of the work done which is AMAZING for me to be updated every 2 hours I highly recommend the place for anyone who want professional work and trusted team Good luck to the team

Very professional and excellent workmanship. I went there due to a jammed sliding door of my Honda Odyssey 2015, it was not opening. They diagnosed the issue on the phone call itself and advised what needs to be done. It was due to a damaged fuel door sensor. They ordered the parts and since it takes 15 days to arrive, they fixed the damaged sensor to make it in working condition. The best part is that they are very transparent about charges and they update you the progress of job with photos and videos while your car gets repaired. As many other people have noted, few business come close to the customer engagement and communication of Grace workshop. They help keep you updated throughout the work period and inform of you each change or additional work needed. They charge for the initial inspection which is expected and they thoroughly inspect each part of the vehicle for a comprehensive check up. The list they prepare can include non essential work which you can speak to them about and have it reduced and their communication was always professional and helpful. They cover complex work from electrical and AC to basic and paint jobs. The paint work they did was excellent and it was difficult to differentiate it from the original parts. While you can get cheaper work from places elsewhere, they are much more easy to work with and get everything done in one place without hassle.

From the moment you drop vehicle off it is evident why this garage is so highly rated. They communicated every step on the issues found with what needs to be rectified and what I can service at later date. I decided to get everything fixed and throughout the whole process they sent me WhatsApp images in a timely manner showing me what they have purchased as parts and what they are working on. The immediate feelings being they really care about your vehicle and importantly the customer. The pricing is competitive with the completion of service very efficient. I'm kinda hesitant to go to workshops and wanted to avoid headaches and just get a brand new car after 150k km passed. But with my further research, maintaining a car would rather save me extra bucks than buying a new car every 5-6 years or so. But that's not always the case, mechanics/workshop has a big impact onto it. So I still feel that its not worth the headache it may give. After 6 years and hitting the150k+ km mark, i started to notice that parts are getting worn off, i can feel shuddering on front hood and AC refrigerant is leaking. I went to multiple workshops to look onto it and some of them replaced parts that isn't even necessary, so its like throwing pennies for nothing. My frustration started to build up and I feel like its not really wise to spend specially if you cant find a trusted workshop. I even experienced some mechanics who forgot some screws that leaves my engine cover flapping at the bottom, misplacing the refrigerant cap, maladjustment of break pad that results a squeaking sound, leak on the bottom of oil pan due to the damage of cap during removal of oil, and so on. Hence, I decided to give it another shot and found the Grace Auto Repair Workshop. I have a good impression that they are professionals, the workshop is clean and there is no bunch of cars on the line. They'll give you the diagnosis direct to the point, fast and accurate. They have a competitive price of parts and labour, a continues update of work with photos during repair, and with timely schedule. On top of that, I made this review 2 months after the job done and I can say that they really did well. I would like to give a shoutout to Praveen who gives frequent update and to Mr. Eby Thomas, he's a hands-on/lead mechanic with good personality. I can say that his very well seasoned & experienced mechanic, and passionate on what he is doing. This kind of workshop has no place for back job or rework, but a place to satisfy customers and aim their trust. A very professional way to gain profit I would say.
