Needed to get an oil leak (from rear crank seal and a few other seals) repaired + shocks changed. This is a major job requiring the engine to be removed and the transmission to be disconnected. Got a steep quote from the main dealership , while some other reputed garages said 4 days for the job. Grace Autos quoted a very good price and were confident it could be done within 2 days. The first impression I got when I met them was that they are highly professional yet warm and easy going people. I was not disappointed at all. They provided a professional printed quotation, demonstrated the leaks to me before the job started, advised about using genuine parts for the engine and on my desire to use aftermarket shocks advised high quality but lower cost Japanese shocks. They kept me informed throughout the repair with photos every few hours. The complex job was completed within the stated time and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy workshop with a dependable team.

The Grace team will look after you with good communication on pricing and scope, using OEM parts and turning your vehicle round in quick time. Nice tidy workshop and professional admin team and organisation. Good attention to detail on diagnosing issues upfront, and returned the vehicle clean and tidy inside and out. I look forward to return for the next service on my Pajero. Thankyou
