GoVets

Ordered an igloo cooler (lunch box) back in the beginning of October. Was expecting it to ship within a few days. It appeared to be the same one that I had previously that I was replacing. Got notified that it would not ship until the beginning of December. I needed a lunch box immediately because mine had broken, so I ordered one directly from igloo while I waited for this one. The one I ordered from igloo appeared to be a little smaller but was ok while I waited for this one. Then got notified that it wouldn’t ship until January. It finally arrived the first week of January and it was the same one I got from igloo just a different color. I obviously didn’t need 2 of the same so I tried to return it and they refused to refund my money. They said because it was fulfilled by granger I had to go through them to get a refund, yet granger said since I ordered it through go vets, I had to go through them. Definitely NOT a veteran friendly company. And definitely a sketchy company.

This company is excellent. Forget going ANYWHERE ELSE. Iam very satisfied with tbe fast delivery time (3 days) and the fast customer service response received.

I reached out to this company because I needed to order some scaffolding. I got one helpful response by email and then I was left totally hanging! I was able to get someone on the chat option on their website and learned on day 3 that the website said they had the products in stock but the employee I spoke with on chat said it was incorrect, so after trying to order for 3 days from these people I gave up and found Associated Scaffolding out of NC and they were fantastic! The scaffolding and accessories were delivered this morning, while GoVets was telling me it would be 6 weeks before anything could be shipped (if it was in stock...) look elsewhere if you need help with ordering!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent! Had never heads of GoVets but found the site while in search for a particular office chair. GoVets had the chair for over $100 less than I would have paid locally. Delivery seamless. Chair in perfect condition upon arrival.

Ordered a ladder from them. They canceled the order 5 days later without sending notification. After speaking with customer service, I was informed it was do to a price increase. Never order from here, bad business practices. It's a shame really.

Beware! GoVets sold me a piano hinge falsely advertised as working with cabinetry and other wood-kind applications. When it arrived it had no screw holes. Nothing in the product description warned that it was made for metal-to-metal welded applications. When I brought the problem up to customer service they said it was my mistake and would charge me a 20% restocking fee. Plus I had to pay return shipping.

GoVets had the office chair I wanted at the best price online and it was delivered in less than a week. We will definitely shop with GoVets again!

Ordered an item listed as in stock. Never got any word that it was backordered. Waited two months. Inquired and told item was on backorder. They "requested" a refund on my behalf and I was told it would take 7 to 10 days. Been a month and still no refund.

I had not heard of GoVets prior to searching for the office chair I wanted and after searching online, GoVets had the best price anywhere. After reading the good work they do, I decided to give them a try. These guys are legit!! Easy to shop online and shipping was free, quick, and perfect! I highly recommend GoVets as I will certainly be using them again.

Ordered a new desk chair for almost half of what it was listed for at other places. Shipped quickly, arrived just as described, and putting it together was a breeze. Thanks for the exceptional service and quality product.
