I had an excellent experience with Got Electric, LLC for my generator installation. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and easy. The team communicated clearly every step of the way and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Their expertise really stood out—they are true professionals who know their craft inside and out. The quality of the work is outstanding, and it’s obvious they take a lot of pride in what they do. Everything was done efficiently, cleanly, and with attention to detail. It’s not always easy to find contractors who combine strong communication, technical skill, and professionalism, but Got Electric delivers on all fronts. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality electrical work.

Excellent experience with Got Electric. They were able to provide same-day service, were professional throughout the entire process, and the quality of the work was excellent. The pricing was very reasonable, and the electricians did a very clean job replacing multiple electrical outlets. Really appreciated how responsive and easy they were to work with. Excellent customer service from initial estimate to scheduling to installing new electrical panels. The electrician and assistant were both terrific, answered questions, and worked quickly to replace two panels, add two disconnects, and so on, in about 8 hours total. The central team was a pleasure to work with, including on the estimate, invoice to start the process, and invoice the day after the installation was done. Would recommend to friends and neighbors, and a friend referred me to them.

Got Electric is an outstanding company. The men who worked, treated our home as if it were their own. Their work was meticulous and expedient. They cleaned up, at the end of each day. Our job was very large, and these men had the best work ethic we have ever seen. Thank you for the incredible job you completed for our family!

A 5 star review would have been given, but we had to call and make sure our scheduled time, between 1-3 pm, was still on. By 2:50, no one had arrived and we had not received a txt or call from anyone. So, we called and spoke to a gentleman, who then called back 25 minutes later, apologizing. He told us the serviceman had to go get a part for the previous customer, but they would be arriving in approx. 25 minutes. They arrived at approximately 3:45. No matter the circumstances, a call/txt would have been appropriate and appreciated. As far as the service went, the servicemen were very polite, well spoken, very knowledgeable, informative, quickly fixed our issue, and asked if we had any other concerns before leaving. I would recommend Got Electric to everyone, as we have dealt with them in past years and had a positive experience. I would just recommend to Got Electric, that they contact their customers, should they be running late.

From start to finish Got Electric was responsive and followed through on researching the right panel instalment and upgrade options for my parents' home, with very specific needs and budget in mind. The team worked quickly and assisted in setting up and explaining a system that was new (and improved) for my parents. They were also very friendly and pleasant. We continue to recommend Got Electric as they were recommended to us!

We will call Got Electric for any electric needs going further. I called, explained the issue that needs addressing, asked questions (which were answered completely, including clarity on pricing), and scheduled service for the next day. Matt and Carl quickly diagnosed the situation and clearly explained it to me and the fix. Got Electric estimated one hour -- it took one hour. Very pleased.

I've used Got Electric for years - but I really saw their skills as i just finished a big home move. They did exceptional work taking down and installing two complicated light fixtures. Highly recommend.

Our electricians were great. They showed up on time during the window. They completed the tasks in a timely matter. The final total was consistent with what we quoted. And they kept things very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend.
