A 5 star review would have been given, but we had to call and make sure our scheduled time, between 1-3 pm, was still on. By 2:50, no one had arrived and we had not received a txt or call from anyone. So, we called and spoke to a gentleman, who then called back 25 minutes later, apologizing. He told us the serviceman had to go get a part for the previous customer, but they would be arriving in approx. 25 minutes. They arrived at approximately 3:45. No matter the circumstances, a call/txt would have been appropriate and appreciated.
As far as the service went, the servicemen were very polite, well spoken, very knowledgeable, informative, quickly fixed our issue, and asked if we had any other concerns before leaving. I would recommend Got Electric to everyone, as we have dealt with them in past years and had a positive experience. I would just recommend to Got Electric, that they contact their customers, should they be running late.
