GORDON'S CLASSIC CARPET CLEANING

I recently (8/16/2024 @ 12:32 PM) had a concerning experience with Gordon’s Classic Carpet Cleaning that has compelled me to share my thoughts, despite not having used their services personally. On an otherwise peaceful day, I witnessed the company conducting what appeared to be a careless and hazardous disposal of their cleaning fluids in our parking lot, walk way and into our grass. This act not only posed a potential health risk to the pets and individuals who frequent the area but also raised significant alarms regarding their operational practices and environmental responsibility. As the fluids leaked onto the ground, creating a mess that extended to walkways where people and pets often stroll, I couldn’t help but feel frustrated and disappointed. The lack of consideration for public safety in the use of possibly toxic chemicals is concerning enough, but the absence of any communication or warning about what was happening only worsened the situation. Not once was there any notice to those nearby, despite the evident danger posed by unknown substances spilling so carelessly. When I approached the representative to express my concerns and request that they cease their current activity, I was completely ignored. The disregard for my inquiries not only reflects poor customer service but also reveals a troubling attitude towards public health and safety. A highly recommended company should prioritize the well-being of the community, especially when working with chemicals that could potentially harm our pets and loved ones. In conclusion, my experience highlights serious issues of negligence and a lack of effective communication by Gordon’s Classic Carpet Cleaning. While I cannot speak to their carpet-cleaning services, this incident has left a sour taste in my mouth about their business practices. I would urge potential customers to consider these factors before engaging with them, as it seems their actions may not align with the responsible and professional service one would expect from a reputable company. Cleanup of our environment should always be a priority, and companies must act with integrity and transparency to ensure the safety of our community. Furthermore, I will be making a complaint with the EPA as your company disregarded my request to stop disposing of chemicals and went completely ignored.

Called this morning for a water extraction service call and Gordon came and cleaned up water in our basement. I haven't been able to stay on top of it and he came and took care of one big mess for me today. I recommend him for carpet cleaning services and water removal services. We have been using Gordon’s Classic Capet Cleaning for well over a decade for all of our carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. Gordon is professional, does exceptional work of highest quality and is most cost-effective. He takes his time and cleans thoroughly. He is not an individual ( or company) that cleans the carpet & upholstery if record time he is here to the job right the first time no matter how long it takes to get the job done right. His name is in the line and you can tell he takes immense pride in his work. Gordon walks thru the entire job upfront discuss any concerns and addresses accordingly. We are always extremely satisfied with his work. Will be heartbroken when he retires.

Gordon himself came out same day to my house after my previously scheduled appt with another company had cancelled last min. He provided excellent service and was such a sweet guy. (Also, the price is unbeatable) Will definitely be using him in the future! Thanks Gordon!

New to Cincinnati and found good reviews for Gordon online. I was a bit weary of the larger companies because you never know who will show up at your house and from my experience they just try to get the job done as quickly as possible. So I gave Gordon a shot. He cleaned our basement stairs and basement carpet yesterday and I’m very pleased with the result. He knows his stuff and has different supplies to tackle different types of stains. We were concerned the carpet needed replaced but happy to say that now we can get a few more years out of it. It looks so much brighter. Very pleased. Will use Gordon again in the future and will recommend him to anyone.

Gordon had great reviews so gave him a call. He was very accommodating to my crazy schedule. He was on time. I was very happy with the results. As we were looking over everything, he noticed a spot that I didn’t see, he went and got the equipment off his truck and went over it again. Highly recommend.
