GORDON'S CLASSIC CARPET CLEANING

I recently (8/16/2024 @ 12:32 PM) had a concerning experience with Gordon’s Classic Carpet Cleaning that has compelled me to share my thoughts, despite not having used their services personally. On an otherwise peaceful day, I witnessed the company conducting what appeared to be a careless and hazardous disposal of their cleaning fluids in our parking lot, walk way and into our grass. This act not only posed a potential health risk to the pets and individuals who frequent the area but also raised significant alarms regarding their operational practices and environmental responsibility. As the fluids leaked onto the ground, creating a mess that extended to walkways where people and pets often stroll, I couldn’t help but feel frustrated and disappointed. The lack of consideration for public safety in the use of possibly toxic chemicals is concerning enough, but the absence of any communication or warning about what was happening only worsened the situation. Not once was there any notice to those nearby, despite the evident danger posed by unknown substances spilling so carelessly. When I approached the representative to express my concerns and request that they cease their current activity, I was completely ignored. The disregard for my inquiries not only reflects poor customer service but also reveals a troubling attitude towards public health and safety. A highly recommended company should prioritize the well-being of the community, especially when working with chemicals that could potentially harm our pets and loved ones. In conclusion, my experience highlights serious issues of negligence and a lack of effective communication by Gordon’s Classic Carpet Cleaning. While I cannot speak to their carpet-cleaning services, this incident has left a sour taste in my mouth about their business practices. I would urge potential customers to consider these factors before engaging with them, as it seems their actions may not align with the responsible and professional service one would expect from a reputable company. Cleanup of our environment should always be a priority, and companies must act with integrity and transparency to ensure the safety of our community. Furthermore, I will be making a complaint with the EPA as your company disregarded my request to stop disposing of chemicals and went completely ignored.

Called this morning for a water extraction service call and Gordon came and cleaned up water in our basement. I haven't been able to stay on top of it and he came and took care of one big mess for me today. I recommend him for carpet cleaning services and water removal services.
