Gopher Genius

I recently used the services of Gopher Genius, and I want to share my genuinely positive experience. Before contacting them, I spoke with a few other providers. Unfortunately, most of them immediately described worst-case scenarios and pushed for long-term commitments—without even offering to inspect the property first. In contrast, the person I spoke with at Gopher Genius took the time to listen to my concerns, explained their process clearly, and scheduled an inspection at a time that worked for me. Although the initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to heavy rain, they kept me informed and promptly arranged a new time. The technician arrived exactly when promised and conducted a thorough inspection of my yard. He carefully evaluated the specific issues I mentioned and took the time to address each one. After a detailed assessment, he honestly told me that I did *not* have the problem I was worried about and therefore did *not* need their services at this time. I was truly impressed by their professionalism, transparency, and expertise. It’s rare to find a service provider that puts the customer’s best interest first. I highly recommend Gopher Genius to anyone in need of pest or rodent control. Thank you for your honesty and for going the extra mile to give me peace of mind.

My lawn company recommended gopher genius and said I had moles. My dog had been digging along the fence. Learned the reason was my dogs could smell them. Very pleased with their service and it safe for my Bernedoodle. Definitely recommend this company.

I was so pleased with Gopher Genius! They were friendly, easy to work with, prompt with response time and, most importantly, it worked! We had a huge mole problem on our acre+ yard…we got rid of 8. Activity is down considerably, to the point that i feel like we can manage it. If your neighbors aren’t treating their yard, moles can always be an issue, but now that we are treating ours for the grubs AND used Gopher Genius to eradicate the ones we had, i think we can control them.

Excellent and dependable company to work with. My yard was like a sponge from mole tunnels. Gopher Genius came weekly and strategically placed traps and were able to trap those little varmints. It took some time but that was to be expected. Gopher Genius fulfilled there obligations and went above and beyond expectations. They had excellent communication and exceptional dedication. I signed up for a 6 week program starting back at the end of June. Doug and team set out multiple traps and checked and moved them around each week. 6 moles were eradicated from my property. Very pleased with the results. I haven't seen any more tunnels in the yard. If you have a mole problem, I highly recommend Doug and team.

After spending my time and money over the last few years without results I was about to go Caddyshack on my mole problem. I saw a sign for Gopher Genius and gave them a call. After speaking to Doug about my issue I figured to gave them a try. I am so pleased with the results. They have caught five moles in four weeks. I am no longer walking and sinking in the yard. Gopher Genius is well worth it. Doug also sent me information and what product to use on my yard in order to try and keep gophers away in the future.

We had a mole/gopher tearing up our front AND backyard. Called Gopher Genius and they were fast, professional and did a GREAT job. They placed 6 traps (4 in back and 2 in front) and we have 2 dogs (1 is a puppy) and they never bothered the traps. We caught a mole within the first 36 hours and they came and removed it. SO HAPPY the yard won't be destroyed now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I called Doug a week before I had scheduled to lay new sod with the hope he could rid my yard of moles. He must have sensed the desperation in my voice because he arrived 2 hours later and set 9 traps in my yard and began catching moles within hours. To say he offers excellent customer service is an understatement. If you have a mole or gopher problem, call Doug.

Doug is very knowledgeable and responsible. I hade a problem worst than many and he removed 4 in the two week treatment program. He then came back in the 30 follow up and removed one more. If you feel up to it and get your own trap he will be happy to share the experience. I recommend his services without hesitation.
