What a fantastic removal company. Efficient, quick and incredibly polite. The lads worked really hard and took such good care of my belongings. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication with the company was spot on.

I was very happy with Goosnargh Removals. They were able to fit me in at short notice and the move could not have gone more smoothly. Communication was clear and frequent, the movers were professional, quick and very careful. They made sure both houses were well protected with door and floor covers to prevent any damage. My belongings were handled with care and arrived at the destination in perfect condition. They were extremely helpful, as our move was on short notice and we were not completely ready. I would highly recommend Goosnargh Removals to anyone, especially if you have belongings that take special care to move. If I ever need to move again, I will definitely be calling them again.

Flawless service. When needing to book a removals company, Goosnargh Removals was one of the first we decided to look at based on their numerous positive reviews. I’m pleased to say they went beyond expectations. We were moving items from 3 properties to our new property and wasn’t sure how many vans we would need for this but Sof took care of everything based off my inventory list. They were very personable and was always just a WhatsApp away to answer any questions I had prior to the move. On the day of the move the communication we got from the team was brilliant between the three houses, it was clear who was going to be where and at what time. All our belongings were treated with care and appropriately wrapped and the team just cracked on and had the properties cleared in good time. At our new property they ensured everything was where we wanted it to be and again handled with care. Faultless and efficient process from start to finish, we wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future should we need them and highly recommend.

So it will be hard to write such an honest review without making this sound like a disingenuous review, but here goes... Sof and his team, I think, quite literally saved my life. They were recommended by a close friend, but when I first received the quote from them, my eyes watered. I thought i couldn't justify the price, especially when I could hire a van for a few hundred pounds. But after a lot of contemplating, we decided to go with Sof. After first meeting sof I immediately knew we had made the right choice. We was moving on the Friday but Sof recommend they would come the day before to load up one van and leave it om the drive, in order to be a step ahead in the morning. That quickly alleviated any anxiety we had with regards to the move. The next day, Sof and the team had packed up the second van by 10am. But not only that, they carfully wrapped the furniture, placed tvs in tv bags and even provided more boxes and we were embarrasingly short. I simply have never been more pleased in the decision I have made when it comes with selecting a service, literally second to none. I genuinely would recommend anyone to Sof, if you have any doubts going with him, don't! You won't regret it. We wish him all the best in the future.

Moving house is always traumatic, and having moved within the UK and to/from Europe a few times, I have had good and bad experiences. I have to say that the Sof and his team from Goosnargh Removals have been excellent from start to finish. From the initial survey, supplying packing materials, giving practical advice, right through to packing the last items into storage they have treated all our belongings with great care, working efficiently and safely throughout for what I thought was a reasonable cost considering the work involved. I will certainly use their services again, and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

We had a lot of problems with the Solicitors on the date that we could move. Sof was there for us every step of the way, and reassuring that all will be fine. Sof and his team were incredible helped us pack our belongings without much notice. My daughter was waiting in another town on the day of the move and Sof and his team unloaded without us being there. We can't recommend Sof and his team enough, if you need a removal company these are your guys. From first contact the customer service was spot on, I did an online quote but asked if Sof could come round and double check id captured everything, he turned up as expected, provided advice and swiftly sent our quote. As our sale progressed we kept them up to date and once contracts were exchanged Sof arrived with everything we needed to get packed up. A call the day before the move from Sof to check in and that we were good to go. Moving day, I have never seen anything like it! 3 wagons rolled up, floor covers down and the house packed up in a couple of hours. Care and respect taken of our belongings and Sof and his team were extremely polite and a great bunch of lads. We then had to wait, all day, panic was starting to set in until at 4.45pm we got our keys. Sof constantly providing reassurance not to worry and it would all get sorted, it did! Keys collected and another epic unloading, care taken of our new house and the lads being as helpful as possible so we could get settled. Sof and his team are brilliant, hopefully we never move again, but if we do I know who to ring and would highly recommend to anyone.

Our house move has been a disaster from start to finish, apart from one area - and that area is Sof and his incredible team. We have had 2 sales fall through at the last second and were extremely nervous about the entire process following exchange and before completion. However, Sof and his entire team could not have made a fraught process any easier. The day before completion they arrived early and got straight to work, emptying our house in no time at all, taking care to pack everything carefully and correctly, assuaging our worries about the next day, working tidily and quick, impeccably polite and no maintenance (I don't think they even wanted a cuppa!). They could not have been friendlier or worked harder. On completion day, the remaining furniture from our sale was emptied and they set off for our purchase while we nervously awaited the keys. There was a slight delay in completion but neither Sof nor his team showed any frustration at the elongated working day. It felt like they were really on our side. Finally, the keys arrived and we got the chance to move in. Wow - I have never seen a team work like it for the next 3 hours. They absolutely smashed it. We went from three vans outside our new property to all boxes and furniture inside, safe and sound, in the correct rooms, in no time at all. Not once did they stop, ask for a brew, lose their sense of humour or anything else. It was absolutely fantastic. Using Sof and his team is easily, EASILY, the best money I have ever spent. If you want a stress-free moving experience, Goosnargh Removals are the answer. You absolutely will not regret it. Sof, Claire, George, Sam and myself will forever be grateful to you and your brilliant team!

Sof came to assess what was to be removed, told us what packaging materials would be required, offered to supply the packaging materials and packaging service and also referred packaging company to buy the materials from. His quotation was the best of all the companies we had enquired. Any questions we had, he was happy to answer and he kept in touch regularly. On the day of removal his staff were on time and removed furniture, etc, taking care not to damage anything. No fuss at all. Definitely recommend Goosnargh Removals for the house move.
