Goodyear Autocare & Tyres Croydon

I had a tyre crisis and called several places, to no avail. Then I spoke to Bill at Goodyear Care Centre, and he and his team took care of everything. Bill had already told me prices for individual tyres and wheel alignment, but when I decided on two replacement tyres, he gave me a really great price for the package. This was an excellent experience all round for me. Bill and his team are very likeable , professional and thorough. I would definitely return, confident that I will get great service and very competitive prices.

Top service at this place. If you ever need tires or whatever other services they offer, they are the top place to go to. Service is off the charts and have a real amazing bond with their customers and are all truly wonderful to deal with. They take serious pride in their service and work. This is the first time I have had my car serviced by Goodyear Autocare Croydon and I could not be happier. Bill is very pleasant and very thorough. My car was also washed and vacuumed. It was an extremely hot day when I collected my car so I caught an Uber. Bill said that he could have organised someone to pick me up. Will definitely be going back for my next service.

From phoning and speaking with Bill and his reply It was a great experience. I attended at the workshop and was impressed with the neatness and cleanliness of the reception office. Bill was extremely helpful and friendly. My vehicle puncture was attended to immediately by the workshop staff. During the time it took to repair Bill interacted with me and other customers in a relaxed manner and was easy and knowledgeable about what I needed. He is a credit to Croydon Goodyear Autocare and I will definitely be happy to continue to attend for any future work. Thank you.

Loved every minute of my experience with the team at Goodyear Croydon. It’s really rare to find businesses that go above and beyond with customer service these days but these guys have nailed it! I drove in without an appointment pretty cranky with the way my day had started as I was on my way to work when my front tyre started losing pressure. My crankiness was pretty much turned around as soon as I walked in. They evaluated the damage and fixed me up straight away so I could get on with my day. Highly recommend 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
