Staff is friendly. Very efficient. Quick turnout. Was in emergency and they were closest. Gave them a call with fingers crossed and within 30 min of the call, I was driving back on the road like nothing ever happened. These guys really know how to manage multiple cars at same time while being efficient. Team is more than just qualified. Hands down one of the best I’ve ever been to.

Attended the store in urgent need of a new tyre for the spare wheel. Was greeted by Sam who not only quoted a very reasonable price but could fit it within 20 minutes. Normally go to MyCar due to the convenience of being close to home but will now be using Goodyear for all future needs. Credit to Sam for not only helping me out of a pickle but for also being a really nice bloke.

I would just like to say how wonderful the staff are at Good year in Cranbourne. They are the best most professional and their care and concern is outstanding. It all start with Mithchell who is probably one of the best Managers I have ever come across. All of the staff are unbelievably I’m not sure of the gentleman name but he use to work for Toyota. I have a Toyota and he does most of the work on my car. Nothing ever gets missed and the boys as I said previously are outstanding. When working with Mithchell he know my financial position and Mithchell will do anything he can give me any options that can suit me moving forward. I live in noble park Cranbourne is 30 minutes away there are other mechanics in my area. I will not go anywhere else but to the experts at Good year in Cranbourne once again thanks to all the professional staff at Cranbourne good year. Kind regards Andrew Cattach.

I went yesterday without booking Goodyear shop for a puncture repair. The manager checked the tyre and honestly told me it was unroadworthy and needed to be replaced. He suggested changing only two tyres. I even asked if I should replace all four, but he said the other two were still in good condition and didn’t need changing. Very honest and professional service. I appreciate the honesty and would recommend this shop

I called the store on Sunday, and my appointment and service were completed the same day. I really appreciate the speed and quality of service provided by Sanju. Previously, my car wasn’t fully checked by another store, but Goodyear thoroughly inspected it and clearly explained all the faulty parts. Everything was done at a reasonable price. Very disappointing experience. I went in with a minor puncture on a brand-new car, and they immediately tried to sell me a completely new tyre. Something didn’t feel right, so I checked with another shop — they repaired the puncture straight away with no issues. It’s been 3 months now and the tyre is perfectly fine. Feels like they were just trying to upsell unnecessarily. Definitely won’t be returning.

Went in for an RWC and transmission change for my Subaru Liberty. What can I say — Mitch and his crew were extremely professional and went above and beyond to help me out. I also got my four tyres changed at the same time, and everything was done perfectly. Mitch is a great guy who genuinely cares about his customers and always does his best to help. I highly recommend them if you’re after quality products and excellent service!
