GOODLIFE Spa Sarajevo

We visited this salon in Sarajevo during our vacation for a facial cosmetic massage, and the experience was truly wonderful. The place is beautiful, very well cared for, and incredibly relaxing. The staff were amazing—professional, kind, and attentive. While the mask was setting, they also gifted us an extra 15-minute foot massage, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. Excellent service, absolutely wonderful.

First of all, they do not use clean towels, whether they are new or previously used. Secondly, facial cleaning requires steam and ozone treatment, but this equipment was either missing or they did not know how to use it. Thirdly, the girl who performed the massage had no real experience or proper knowledge of massage techniques. Fourthly, the package I purchased included hand and foot nail care, but they did not provide this service. When I asked about it, they simply told me, “You don’t need it.” Finally, their English communication was very poor, which made it difficult to explain what I wanted and understand what they were doing.

It was amazing. After 22 hours of flights my back was completely done, so I booked a hot stone massage plus a relaxing one. Almost 3 hours of pure reset. Huge thanks to Stefano, amazing therapist. Walked out feeling human again.

90 mins Relax Spa a couple days after Mostar half marathon really sorted out my foot pain and tightness in upper back/neck. Adela really took the time to sort the knots in my back too. The spa can is easily contacted via WhatsApp and has a very simple booking system too. The place is incredibly clean and really easy to get to being in the centre of Sarajevo. Definitely recommend this place.

Brilliant Massage in Sarajevo I've been all over the world and had just about every kind of massage there is. None better than this. I often come to this place and I had appointments with Adela who is amazing. Yesterday by coincidence I booked an appointment with Stefana. I could only tell you that I booked an appointment straight away for the day after. She really pointed to the parts that needed to be massaged

Had a sports massage 90min. Spent 20 mins just on my feet with very little pressure, soft touching. only moved on when I questioned ‘isn’t this a sports massage’. Impression I got was she was just wasting the time on my feet. masseuse didn’t seem to understand how a sport massage works as didn’t really focus on any triggers points or areas of muscle tension. Hardly touched hamstrings, quads or shoulder. Very overrated not really worth it if going for a sports massage

I had a wonderful experience at GOODLIFE Spa. We booked a 45-minute facial, and it was absolutely amazing. The treatment was very relaxing, and my skin felt incredibly refreshed and glowing, even the next day! The foot massage was also fantastic and added an extra touch of relaxation to the whole experience. The staff were very kind and professional. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good relaxing experience in Sarajevo!

Great atmosphere and great massage. I definitely recommend this place, they will take care of any back and neck pain, but you need to communicate it well. Me personally like better deep tissue massages, and they applied just the right amount of pressure. This is my third massage in 2 weeks in Sarajwvo, and I will be back next time I visit.

The therapists were professional and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout the whole session. The massage was perfectly balanced between relaxing and therapeutic, and we both left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. The spa itself is beautiful and very clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for couples who want to relax together and enjoy a high quality massage.
