Good Times Childcare Center

One of my biggest concerns with Good Times Child Care Center is the constant staff turnover. There seemed to be new employees almost every week, which made it hard to feel any consistency or stability for the children. As a parent, it’s unsettling to walk in and not recognize the people caring for your child on a regular basis. With so many new faces, it raised concerns about whether staff were properly trained, certified, or familiar with the children and routines. A childcare center should feel stable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, the ongoing turnover and lack of continuity made me lose confidence in the care being provided.

We love Good Times child care center!! We have had a wonderful experience over the two years we have been bringing our children there. Our children have been thriving, and we are pleased with the care they receive. The staff are wonderful and the communication has been excellent. We highly recomend this center.

I’m writing this as a parent with serious concerns about hygiene. My child came home with diaper rash repeatedly, and the rash could not heal because it continued day after day. On multiple occasions, my child was not fully cleaned after diaper changes, which was extremely upsetting. I brought this to the director’s attention several times. I was told it was due to short staffing and that it would be fixed, but the issue continued. Hearing the same explanation without improvement was concerning. Proper diapering and hygiene are basic expectations in childcare, and this experience made it difficult to feel confident leaving my child there.

I love this daycare! I have so many wonderful things to say about it, my little one always comes home happy and enjoys going there. My child loves to talk about the teachers and all the friends in the class. The staff is great at communicating, and creating a safe warm environment. I am so happy to send my child here!

My child came home with scratches or bite marks almost every day. There is clearly little to no supervision. Staff frequently claimed incidents were “unprovoked” or said they didn’t see what happened — which is alarming. Even worse, incident reports were often forgotten or never completed. Finding injuries at pickup with no explanation is unacceptable.

⭐☆☆☆☆ The staff turnover here is OUT OF CONTROL. Every single week there are new teachers I’ve never seen before. Employees openly mentioned being fired for random or unclear reasons, which explains why no one stays. How are parents supposed to trust a center where the adults are constantly changing and there’s zero stability?

I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience with Good Time Childcare. From the moment we enrolled our child, we felt welcomed and assured that we had made the right choice. The staff at Good Time Childcare are exceptional—caring, professional, and genuinely invested in the well-being and development of each child. Good Times Childcare Center, the name says it all. My child absolutely loves this place and so does her parents. They provide excellent care and very good attention to detail. Each and every room is such a warm and nurturing environment. The staff and the manger are very friendly and professional. We as parents worry about our child catching colds/viruses and bringing them home to us, but I tell you this facility is clean and very well-maintained, hats off to the owners. They even have cameras which add for a safe and secure premises at all times. What peace of mind Good Times Childcare has provided to my husband & I knowing our child is in good hands. We are grateful for the positive impact this center has on our child’s development and we HIGHLY recommend this daycare to other parents.
