Tried to play twice, did not succeed once.
First time someone booked a court for us, reservation was confirmed through what's app. We arrived only to find out that the reception booked the court on the wrong day. We were sent home without any apology or offer for compensation.
Second time I booked a padel lesson. Booked it one week in advance, got a confirmation for field and coach from the reception.
When I arrived, the field was booked but no coach.
First they told me I did not book a coach so needed to proof that I did. Then they came with some stories why the coach was not available.
They did offer me some solutions but none of them worked for me
- reservation for another day (not possible as I'm at the end of my stay)
- a more expensive coach (I was not willing to pay more, would have been nice if they just offered the price difference as compensation)
I was very dissapointed as I was really looking forward to play, both times.
