The team was kind, considerate, and professional throughout the entire process. My old 30-year-old heat started making some noises. I emailed Suyong @ Good Neighbor Heating. He called me with in ten minutes and came to the house within a half hour. Took a look at the gas furnace told me he could clean it for me. I asked him how much for a new furnace it been 30 plus years old. He gave me a price which I thought was more than fair. I had a new furnace installed in a couple of days. Suyong and his partner were very professional and clean. Taking a look at the job once it was completed it was very nice to see that some people still have pride in their work. What a great job. I wouldn't use anyone else. Su at Good Neighbor Heating & A/C came out after hours to make sure our unit was back up and running on the hottest day of the year. Su did an excellent job diagnosing what our A/C needed and gave us useful tips to fix our old central A/C, which has a small and poor volume of cool air. He also explained how to get proper air ventilation between rooms to help our A/C run more efficiently. His experience and skill are apparent, and we felt secure in his capable hands. Wonderful experience! This company saved me about 20K. I called a bunch hvac services and everyone said my system was unfixable; that I needed a new central air system. Su, with Good Neighbor took a picture of the diagram inside the fan, and fixed it. He even fixed the AC, which the other company said was toast. I purchased a maintenance plan with another company, and they didn't follow through on their promises. Su cleaned the system, fixed it, was fair, fast and communicative. I am so grateful.
