I had an excellent experience with Good Neighbor Heating & Air Conditioning! They came out on Thanksgiving Day to repair my furnace, which was a lifesaver. The team was kind, considerate, and professional throughout the entire process. What stood out most was their transparency—the estimate they provided matched the final cost, which was fair and reasonable. I truly appreciate their dedication and exceptional service, especially on a holiday. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and honest work!

My old 30-year-old heat started making some noises. I emailed Suyong @ Good Neighbor Heating. He called me with in ten minutes and came to the house within a half hour. Took a look at the gas furnace told me he could clean it for me. I asked him how much for a new furnace it been 30 plus years old. He gave me a price which I thought was more than fair. I had a new furnace installed in a couple of days. Suyong and his partner were very professional and clean. Taking a look at the job once it was completed it was very nice to see that some people still have pride in their work. What a great job. I wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks, Suyong for your Great Work.
