One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Mexican restaurant. The rice was either days old or wasn’t cooked at all. They actually gave me a half eaten item! The lettuce was old and brown. On top of the terrible quality, our food took 45 mins. Sad to say, but Good ju-ju lost a customer today!! The only reason for 1 star is that I have had really great food until this experience. I don’t think you can come back from sending a half eaten item in someone’s take out.

Went here for the first time last night. Very good first impression. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious. My order was 100% accurate which is always a plus. Highly recommend 👍

We used to get food here a couple times a week. Carnitas were awesome. I don't know what happened (I heard new management), but their portipon sizes shrunk to an insulting degree while prices remained the same. Tiny burritos, wimpy tacos. The rice is half hard and the beans have the texture of wet cement. We gave it a few tries after our first bad experience but with no improvements we decided it's best we don't return.

Incredible food, very friendly staff, all-around wonderful experience. Authentic Mexican food for reasonable prices. Burritos priced from $8.99-$9.99 available in steak, chicken, pork and veggie; and they are huge - close to a foot long and 2.5-3 inch diameter. One of these burritos satisfies the most hearty of appetites.

Changing my original review: Great food! Green salsa is especially yummy! Everyone is incredibly nice there too The food is no longer anywhere near as good as it was when they first opened. Old, hard rice. Salsas have no flavor. Beans are not homemade anymore and are how an old dry bean paste. Extremely sad that the food changed...

We never new they were there! Excellent tacos, friendly and clean. We also took home burritos for dinner! We will definitely go back again!

Made a stop to try out the games and the food. I ordered a chicken burrito . I was very impressed with the quality. Fresh ingredients and the taste was above the top. The red hot sauce was amazing. Will stop again and try the tacos next time !

Burritos were huge! My steak tacos had zero fat. I am in heaven. And lucky me I won some money while on the slot machine. Highly recommend for some great food.

My husband and I usually got to another taco place in Poplar Grove but today I decided to try something new....no regrets here except that it took me so long to actually go! The restaurant itself is super cute (and they have one of my favorite slot machines so that's a nice added bonus!) They have beer as well if you're like me and enjoy a cold one while playing the slots. I got the Carne asada plate as well as a quesadilla to try a few things. The steak was so tender and flavorful, the tacos are big and filled to the max. The cheese in the quesadilla was delicious and it was also really big! I enjoyed the rice, and the beans also are very flavorful. If you're in the Poplar Grove area, or live in Candlewick and have not tried Juju yet, go! It's well worth it for sit in or take out.

This place was phenomenal when it first open. The burritos where huge! Now they are small and you don't know if you are getting refried beans are whole beans. I'll give them one more try.
