A neighbor referred me to Good Guys after they installed a heat pump for her. Kayla contacted me promptly to arrange an appointment. Seth submitted a proposal to install a new Mitsubishi heat pump system, replace furnace with an air handler, and add an upstairs vent for improved circulation during hot weather. The job went smoothly and the team (Richard, Justin, & Abraham) seemed to enjoy working together to do a great job. Communication from initial sales through installation through payment of the final invoice and scheduling of City inspection was timely, clear, and informative. I recommended them to a neighbor and they started work on his installation right away. I would definitely recommend this company if you are fortunate enough to live in their service area!

I was so very impressed with Good Guys!! I called after being quite frustrated with another furnace company! Conner was so thoughtful and concerned for me and came to my house almost immediately, he brought a couple space heaters, wanted to make sure I was keeping warm till my furnace was fixed. As a senior citizen it was nice someone truly cared..thank you Conner for being such a wonderful person!!! My furnace has now been replaced..other one was actually dangerous. Also thank you to Kayla for being so sweet and working with me on a payment plan. This company truly cares and Peter, Tate & Robert did excellent job with installation. I highly recommend!!! Good guys came out to install a state-of-the-art heat pump system. I had multiple quotes and they were the best by far for the same exact equipment. They came in here with a well organized and well trained team and got the job done a day early. Everyone who came out to the house, was very friendly and willing to share their knowledge. Overall, a great experience! I’m writing this as I sit in the warmth of my office, Which is no longer drafting and maintains its heat for hours without the system needing to turn back on.

I was so exciting and saw all the good reviews. I was really worried about the $250/hr, but all the good reviews left me wanting to trust their efficiency. They did a good job, fixed my mini split, were on time, professional and friendly. I just can't afford this price. I was left feeling overcharged, I didn't realize I would be charged for about 15-20min of small talk including sales talk at the end. Thankyou for the help. I probably won't hire again, unless I have disposable income.

Thank you to the good guys for fixing our tankless water heater. Right before Christmas we lost all functionality for our water. They were able to come out and diagnose one day and returned with a new system the next day and we were up and running! Thank you for being so helpful to our family! Good guys? More like life savers!

Connor came out to my house and took a lot of time to help educate me and explain what he was doing/looking for while inspecting my heat pump system. He also pointed out where the other company that installed it cut corners, and what should have been done for a proper installation. I don't remember the electrician's name, but he also had the same customer care and was excited to be on the job - even though it was just a small maintenance call. It's not everyday that you find a company that cares about the customer and doing the right thing. Highly recommend calling Good Guys for any HVAC or electrical needs.

Connor and Tate were on time, efficient, knowledgeable, explained how our new-to-us system works and what we need to do to keep it running optimally, and answered all our questions. Also just really nice guys! Would recommend.
