My adult son is in a wheelchair. I live in Texas. I was stressed. My son needed to be somewhere very important. I called Ramon And explain my problem. He was Understanding and told me not to worry. He would pick up my son And handle the wheelchair. He put his wheelchair in the back got him to his destination took care of business brought him home. Ramon was patient and helpful. The car was clean. His driving was perfect. Being able to speak to someone and explain the needs was important. Thank you, Ramon

Discharged from hospital at 4 a.m. Unable to get transportation. Young girl at desk called Gonell's for me. Within 15 minutes I was on my way home.with kind friendly service, in a clean van. I would very highly recommend this service.

Called for a pick up for my son and had to call the driver back because I had to change the location, but he never responded after that and left my son hanging for a ride, will not be calling them anymore.
