I just contacted this company for a service quote. After providing the location information for my driver, the male representative abruptly hung up without any explanation or follow-up call. While I understand they may not have wanted to take the job, simply hanging up rather than professionally declining is unprofessional and disrespectful. After reading other reviews mentioning similar experiences, it seems this lack of professionalism is a pattern. I cannot recommend this business.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Ew.. they tried charging me $400 just to look at my air conditioner fan issue.. even if they cant fix the issue

The worst company ever, very unprofessional people.

The coolant hose blew on my truck. Leaked all the coolant. I was stranded on the shoulder in busy area in New Jersey. They got there in 30 minutes. Price was reasonable.

Charging 320$ to jump a truck,on the end didn’t jump,and pressing me to install 3 batteries for 800$…Invoice 1100$ for 3 batteries! SCAM! Better to call different honest company!

Robbed me and foxed nothing told me my problem was a jump charged me 400$ and then told me to drive for a lil everything will be fine then boom i brake down and now know where to be found and doesn't want to help or do anything at all don't used them thieves and all them 5 star rating is fake
