I ordered a RoyPow 48V 160Ah Lithium Battery from Golf Cart Geeks specifically because their site advertises that the item “ships out next business day.” That never happened. The battery was delayed repeatedly with almost no communication from the company. I had someone waiting at my property—at $50 per hour—for two full days based on their promised delivery window, and the delivery still did not arrive when they said it would. No updates, no phone calls, nothing. When I asked for fair compensation for the actual costs I incurred, they offered only $50, which doesn’t even begin to cover the inconvenience or expense. If you’re considering ordering from them because of their shipping claims, be warned: my experience was the complete opposite. Poor communication, missed commitments, and no meaningful accountability. I will not be using them again.

**Review Title: Extremely Frustrating Experience with Deceptive Practices** I had a very disappointing experience with this company that I feel everyone should be aware of. Initially, there was a significant delay in shipping my order. When I reached out for an update, they informed me that the item I ordered was unfortunately damaged. No big deal—I simply requested a refund so I could purchase elsewhere. Instead of processing my refund, they quickly claimed that they had received new stock and could ship a replacement immediately. Trusting their word, I agreed. To my dismay, they sent me the same damaged item instead of the new one. When I contacted them again, they offered a refund upon return but refused to provide a suitable box for shipping it back. I would rather not spend time and resources finding or paying for a suitable box, with the risk of the shipping company denying the pieced together box. It’s ridiculous to expect customers to find their own packaging, especially when the issue was clearly on their end. I won’t be shopping here again, and I strongly urge others to think carefully before making a purchase.

Beware of this company. Check return policy b4 ordering. I ordered rear steps for golf cart. I ordered a week ago and received no notice of shipping. Call yesterday, customer service said it would ship that day. They would send tracking email. No email sent. Now can not get an answer. I feel like I have lost my money. Good luck.

I purchased a golf cart windshield and unfortunately it was damaged in shipping. I worked with Faith in customer service and she quickly got a replacement sent. The second was used/cracked. I again worked with Faith who quickly got a third windshield sent out. Despite the bumps in the road I appreciate the commitment and service to resolve the issue. Ultimately got the part and am a satisfied customer. Price was also better than ordering from the dealership. 🤗

Super happy with the product I purchased. And the customer service was top notch. Someone picked up the telephone in two rings and answered my few questions without skipping a beat. I highly recommend Golf Cart Geeks!

Highly recommend not purchasing from this company! I had nothing but issues from the start. I ordered a Bolt battery from them and it took several weeks for them to ship and gave me the run around about that. Customer service is a nightmare to get ahold of via email and call. The $100 Amazon gift card they promote with a purchase of a bolt or rhino battery, don’t expect to receive that. Over two months after my purchase I call in regards to the Amazon gift card and finally after a couple of days I get someone on the phone to answer and they were very unprofessional and told me I won’t be receiving the gift card.

This is a WONDERFUL establishment. Anna helped me tremendously in getting the best lithium battery for my golf cart available on the market. Her exquisite knowledge and experience made this a wonderful experience. I purchased the bolt battery which came with a $100 Amazon gift card. 10/10 recommend!

Made the order for 6 6volt batteries on a weekend so take that for what that is but was contacted Tue I believe about shipping if it was a residential or a business well it’s residential and was asked about unloading. Which was not an issue meaning I had a tractor and forks. They arrived that Fri we unloaded them opened the plastic wrapping and to my surprise the battery caps had duct tape on them to hold in place for shipping nice touch. Then signed for them and all was well in my world again. Could really ask for better service. And I was referred to them from a friend. So that says something. And no he did t get some special discount lol

Great product! Easy install, only took 15 minutes. Ordering process was a little slow getting product shipped. But Faith kept me updated and informed.

Beware of this company and their return policy. You will be charged 20 % plus shipping plus Insurance. They do not answer calls!! They only email so you have no idea what to do if you have an issue. VERY POOR customer service!! I do not recommend them at all. Save your money. Go anywhere else is my opinion. Good luck!!
