A simplex / Kaba mechanical digital lock. The customer had lost the code.
The previous locksmith was unable to decipher the original code to re-set it to the new code, not a simple task on a Kaba lock.
I was able to work it out, re code correctly and refit.
Customer extremely happy, as it’s a very expensive lock to replace.
