We worked with Shem and Martin at Goldenstar last fall on our little Bungalow and had a wonderful experience. We completely re-did the bathroom and updated the surfaces in our kitchen. Goldenstar's team also built an entire built-in and custom made doors for existing built-ins. First and foremost - Goldenstar finished ON TIME. Which I think is a miracle from what I've heard from our peers. Communication was really great and everyone on the Goldenstar team was really nice to be around and friendly. I cannot recommend Shem, Martín, and their team enough. We trusted them with the renovation of a bathroom in our 111 year old craftsman home. Their care and craftsmanship was unmatched, and they were full of knowledgeable advice. Martín was able to reproduce the detail of our bathroom window's wooden frame to match all others in the house- it's little details like this that make a historic project so personal and special. They also provided us new copper plumbing, new electrical wiring, new hardwood floors in the hallway that match the original floors beautifully, and coordinated HVAC installation. With their help, our first home is now our dream home for years to come. They are responsive, honest, and kind- I can't wait to work with them again.
