I hired Golden State Roofing Group for a full roof replacement and paid a $10,000 deposit. They did remove the existing roof, but never installed the new one, and then stopped communicating altogether. I have made several attempts to contact them through text, email, and phone calls.
My house has been left exposed to the elements, creating a serious risk of damage. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them with no response.
At this point, the project appears abandoned, and no refund has been provided. This has been extremely stressful and costly, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before hiring this company.

Excellent work and even better customer service from the first to the last day! Everything was so simple and easy to arrange, they started quickly and were so efficient! The workers were also very kind, friendly, and considerate of my toddlers any time we came in/out! (As well as our kittens.)
They did a tremendous job! Never thought I’d be complimented on a roof but our neighbors have gone out of their way to tell us how beautiful it is and what a great job Golden State Roofing did!
