Please do not book this. It is very dirty and rusty place. Mattress is very old and very uncomfortable to sleep. Also they use pool chlorine to wash the sheets and you will smell like a pool chlorine. The pools that they have do not go in they are very dirty and nasty. Breakfast was offered in price but not served in the morning. Do not purchase nothing at Hotel.com I don't recommend to anyone to book through the Hotel.com or to sleep in Golden( rust) Magnolia resort and spa is a joke. Location is perfect for bars hooping and if you are interested when you dronk this is place for you.

I recently stayed at Golden Magnolia and had an amazing experience! The oceanfront location was stunning, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean/comfy , well-appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the mineral pool, restaurant, and spa. The service was exceptional, with Artemii going above and beyond to make our stay special. I highly recommend golden magnolia to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable oceanfront getaway. Can't wait to return!

I really enjoyed my stay here with my mom and sister! It was our first time in Florida and the location was perfect for us to get easy beach access and be able to enjoy the sunshine. The rooms were super clean and i really enjoyed the many outdoor patios for sitting and chatting in the shade but still enjoying the views. The mineral pool was my favorite to place to relax and would definitely return!

My family and I spent an unforgettable time at this hotel. atmospheric rooms, attentive staff and, of course, an incredible view. To my surprise, the pool was in impeccable condition. when I looked at the photos of visitors and read some reviews I was a little wary, but in fact none of the bad reviews turned out to be relevant (perhaps the hotel took into account some problems and corrected everything) I can’t say anything about the spa since I didn’t visit it myself, but my wife stayed In general, I'm also satisfied. The only range of cosmetics presented could be more complete. But in any case, I can say for sure that we will definitely return to this place

Marina + the Golden Magnolia team did an amazing job with my wedding photos along with planning and organizing the entirety of my wedding. She was a great communicator and problem solver. Being an out of state customer - we had many contingencies with our original wedding venue but she accomadated us and our travel changes like a pro. She organized all of our food, music, decorations, photos, shuttles, and much more. It was amazing! The Golden Magnolia (Flagler Beach Location) is truly a hidden gem

When I first arrived, I was impressed by the views and the scenery surrounding the resort. The location itself is worth the visit, with the shoreline just across the way, making it easy to enjoy the beach whenever you want. there’s a relaxed vibe here that makes you feel like you’re miles away from everything, which is exactly what I needed. All in all, this is an excellent spot to unwind and enjoy some much-needed relaxation.

Wow, what a fantastic stay at Golden Magnolia! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to exceptional service and hospitality. Our oceanfront room was spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the sea. The resort's amenities were impressive, including pools. We loved the resort's feature and spa treatments. What truly made our stay stand out was the staff's warm and welcoming attitude. Marina was particularly helpful and made us feel right at home. We can't wait to return to golden magnolia and experience it all again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and unforgettable oceanfront escape!

CONSUMER BEWARE! THIS IS A BAIT & SWITCH! THEY GOT ONE STAR CAUSE GOOGLE MADE ME ZERO STARS – COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL I spoke with 3 different people: Marina, Artemis, and Mike. All three said the room was $199/night with breakfast. My dates never changed: arrival Thursday, checkout Sunday. Unbeknownst to me, my account was charged for the full visit on Friday before I left on Sunday @ $299/night for Fri & Sat. No notification; No receipt; No email -NOTHING! Completely unprofessional! There was no one on site upon arrival at 5pm. I was told the key to my room was in the door and I needed to text “Mike the Manager” for anything I needed. What establishment has NO ONE on site after 3pm? I learned this was their regular schedule. The liability issues are beyond belief! My room was 60 degrees when I arrived with no extra blankets, no coffee station, and no desk. This was not a good start. I was not happy when I learned that breakfast started at 9am. 9am for me is brunch! I am up by 5am. I was told I could fend for myself in the kitchen. Now I am seriously unhappy! This was supposed to be a mini birthday spa vacation. My first morning the chef was 30 minutes late. While waiting for the chef to arrive, I met two ladies traveling on vacation who had arrived several days before me. They were livid and demanded to meet the owner Marianne. They had a laundry list of complaints, and I witnessed their confrontation with the owner. I shake my head now because I should have heeded the warning and checked out then. On Sunday, Hurricane Milton was on it’s way and I had to leave early. I waited until 9am to check out when the cook should have showed up to serve breakfast, but she was late for the second time in three days. No one was on the property by 9:25am. I was told in a text the cook should be there any minute. The other couple and I left that day without breakfast and without a proper checkout. Due to the Hurricane Milton power outage, it was days after checkout when I looked at my bank account and saw I’de been charged $892.64 for three nights! The math was not mathing. It took days for management to email me a copy of the receipt. I emailed back the same day on 10.18 requesting a credit for the overcharge. Now it is 10.25 with no response. I stopped by today at noonish and there was no manager on site - again. I was a Hotel Director in Switzerland for 2 years and a Community Association Manager here in Flagler County for 10 years. I am appalled by the condition of the property. I have a laundry list of maintenance problems that need to be addressed immediately! I am beyond disbelief at the lack of customer service. The owner has put people into positions who are out of their league and unqualified for their positions. $199/night is too much for the conditions of this property and the level of customer service provided. I had a much better experience at the local Best Western in town at $100/night. But to be blindsided with 2 nights at $299! Unacceptable. NO Response warrants a very bad google review.

This place is not only a rip off but they are also thieves! I bought my wife a gift card for massage and facial for Mother’s Day. She has tried to book appointments on 3 separate occasions. When she shows up, she is told the masseuse isn’t in and rebook the appointment! I have tried reaching out in every way imaginable to get a refund and no response from anyone! The only person to FINALLY respond to any communication has said they haven’t worked there in 6 months and isn’t affiliated in any way. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Well, after reading the reviews on the spa and resort, I was hesitant to come here. Turns out my instinct was right. My wife and I used to come here when it was the white orchid years ago. It was well run, clean, and maintained. Today we showed up for our massage. I immediately noticed that the landscaping is not maintained. Weeds growing everywhere, in flower beds, in cracks of cement, mold and generally has not seen a broom let alone pressure washing or daily hosing off. Very disappointing and just resembles typical disregard for making things hospitable. So we arrived to locked doors and lights out. Wondering what is going and finally a young man meets us wondering around. He then tells me that he has bad news and that one of the LMTs called in sick and that one of us isn’t getting a massage and that we can reschedule later. We understand people get sick, but be Mindful that our massage was at 9:30AM and it might have been nice to get called sometime before the massage so we could decide about keeping the appointment. So I am waiting alone in the little restaraunt alone, feeling awkward and disappointed. Without being to mean or vicious about this place that used to be wonderful, I think it’s time for new management or ownership. Maybe the population is big enough to overlook the degradation of the business, but frankly, I won’t spend any more time or money here. Make up your own mind if you come, but my wife and are not that discriminating as long as a place is clean. It’s more important that customer service in our minds. So many businesses nowadays allow their businesses to deteriorate hoping that being extra nice will carry the day. Not so!
