I had a hearing test at this clinic and the experience was excellent. Dr. Masoud was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made the entire process comfortable and easy to understand. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown during my visit. I just left Golden Hearing & Balance Centre and had an amazing experience. The receptionist was kind and accommodating, she was able to offer me a same-day appointment. Dr. Bagherian is wonderful, he took the time to explain things throughly to me and helped calm down my anxiety related to my hearing issues. He also has better equipment than I’ve seen most audiologists use. I appreciate that he took the time to answer any questions that I had and overall had a warm, no-rush demeanour. I felt humanized and left much calmer than when I arrived. Highly recommend Dr. Bagherian! Worth the fee because this was so much better an experience than at any hearing test facility that offers services for free.

I highly recommend Golden Hearing & Balance Center! After years of putting it off, Masoud Bagherian finally gave me the confidence to get the hearing aid I needed. I started with an ear wax removal appointment (which was quick and painless!) and felt so safe and well-cared for that I decided to move forward with the hearing test and purchase. I’ve been using my hearing aid for over a month now, and it has improved my life at work and home significantly. 5 stars!

My mother had her hearing test here - from the beginning everything was explained very clearly. The girl at the front desk is an amazing receptionist - she explained everything to my mother and I and was very nice and patient. Normally other clinics, the receptionists can’t be bothered, but she made the experience really good. My mother had everything good to say when she left, the doctor is very patient as well and listened to everything she was concerned about and gave suggestions. Highly recommend this clinic.

If you have any issue with hearing or balance then honestly this is the place to go. My father had issue with balance and I took him to multiple places including ER at the hospital , non of them were able to solve his balance problem. We came to Golden heading and balance After 1 hour of diagnosing, the Dr was able to determine the problem and treated it accurately We are very appreciative to the Dr at the place
