I had a hearing test at this clinic and the experience was excellent. Dr. Masoud was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made the entire process comfortable and easy to understand. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown during my visit. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality and trustworthy hearing care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just left Golden Hearing & Balance Centre and had an amazing experience. The receptionist was kind and accommodating, she was able to offer me a same-day appointment. Dr. Bagherian is wonderful, he took the time to explain things throughly to me and helped calm down my anxiety related to my hearing issues. He also has better equipment than I’ve seen most audiologists use. I appreciate that he took the time to answer any questions that I had and overall had a warm, no-rush demeanour. I felt humanized and left much calmer than when I arrived. Highly recommend Dr. Bagherian! Worth the fee because this was so much better an experience than at any hearing test facility that offers services for free.
