I had the good fortune of engaging Ben @ Golden Environmental to perform a mold inspection on a commercial property that I was purchasing. Ben showed up on time, performed a VERY complete inspection of the property and provided an extensive report detailing his findings backed up by lab reports. In a follow up conversation, Ben explained the report in an understandable manner. Ben respected the property and never rushed through anything. I whole heartedly recommend Golden Environmental without reservation. They provide high quality inspections at a very reasonable price.
