Golden Coast Plumbing and Rooter Inc

I had a great experience with Joel. He was easy to contact and was able to schedule an appointment within the same week. I needed help with a water leak, and I really appreciated how honest he was about what he could and couldn’t do while still being willing to help with the initial assessment. Once he arrived, he quickly identified the source of the leak and clearly explained what was happening and how it could be fixed. His pricing was transparent from the beginning. He even went out to pick up the necessary parts and completed the repair within 1–2 hours. Joel was so professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. I would definitely call him again if I ever have another plumbing issue, and I highly recommend his services.

Golden Coast Plumbing did an excellent job setting up plumbing and venting for a new washer/dryer in my home. At every step, Joel and his team were polite, professional, and responsive. He asked questions, kept me informed, and followed through with integrity. The price was fair and reasonable and the work scheduled promptly to help me meet my sequencing goal. Joel was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Golden Coast Plumbing!

We've had multiple plumbing issues since moving into our new house, and Joel has been a HUGE help addressing and fixing everything. Not only has he been super responsive, but he's been super informative on all his processes and is such a great person to work with. HIGHLY recommend Golden Coast Plumbing.

The team arrived promptly, installed the new water heater with impressive attention to detail, and patiently explained each step, making the whole experience smooth and reassuring while demonstrating real knowledge and professionalism throughout. Joel especially was very knowledgeable and friendly. I really felt that he cared and was invested in providing the best service possible. Thank you!

We've used Golden Coast Plumbing for two jobs now, and they will be our go-to for all our future plumbing needs. Their work is high quality and their customer service is excellent. Joel is very responsive, friendly, and upfront with information. I highly recommend Golden Coast Plumbing if you are in need of plumbing help!

Most dedicated, affordable, honest plumber! Joel has done two big projects for me - installing a laundry room with a half bathroom, and separating the sewer pipes for two toilets which were connected via a double tee connection. Both were done with permits, and he passed every inspection with flying colors, even receiving props from an inspector. On Joel's first day beginning the toilet project in a vacant apartment, a tenant from a neighboring apartment confronted him about the construction noise, complaining loudly and threatening to get a restraining order and/or take legal action. I called a civil standby officer to keep the tenant at bay, but his threats continued. Other contractors might have been intimidated. But Joel remained steadfast and finished the job by my deadline. When restoring the bathroom, he even threw in a couple of new water shutoff valves under the bathroom sink. Highly recommended!

Amazing service! Joel was super quick to respond and showed up right on time. He was very nice and fixed the problem faster than I expected, and even placed all the items back under my sink! He pays attention to detail, which I appreciate. Everything is working perfectly now. Definitely recommend if you need a reliable plumber!

I can't rave enough about Joel's plumbing expertise and outstanding service from Golden Coast Plumbing and Rooter! When my toilet started leaking, my wife and I were in a panic. It smelt terrible! Thankfully, Joel and his uncle came to the rescue, and he's nothing short of a plumbing superhero! From the moment he arrived, Joel exuded professionalism and friendliness. He showed up right on time, ready to tackle the issue. His warm demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I knew I was in capable hands. What impressed me the most was Joel's extensive knowledge and experience. He quickly assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, and explained in simple terms what needed to be done to replace the wax ring. I appreciated how he patiently answered all my questions, never making me feel like I was bothering him. Once he got to work, it was like watching magic unfold. Joel's skill and precision were mesmerizing. He swiftly removed the old wax ring and installed the new one with absolute accuracy. It was evident that he had performed this task countless times, and his confidence was contagious. But it wasn't just about speed for Joel. He genuinely cared about the quality of his work. He paid meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring that everything was aligned perfectly and there would be no future leaks. It was clear that he took immense pride in his craftsmanship. Throughout the entire process, Joel maintained a clean and organized workspace. He treated my home with respect, and when he finished, there was no mess left behind—just a perfectly functioning toilet. Even after completing the job, Joel went above and beyond by sharing valuable tips on toilet maintenance to prevent future issues. His commitment to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable. In conclusion, if you ever encounter a plumbing problem, especially involving your toilet, Joel is the plumber to call. He's not just a plumbing wizard; he's a genuine professional with a passion for his craft. Thank you, Joel, for your exceptional service and for saving the day (and my bathroom!). You've earned yourself a customer for life. Keep being awesome! ⚡🚽
