We usually really like this Greek restaurant and order from them often, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
This time, the chicken gyros portions were much smaller than usual and definitely not as generous as we’re used to. The chipotle chicken gyros didn’t include nachos at all — which was a big letdown since that’s the main reason I ordered it 😒.
The chicken wings weren’t as good as they normally are, and the chicken skewers boxes were half empty.
We’ve had many great orders from here in the past, so we’re hoping this was just an off day, but this order really missed the mark.

After that the restaurant kindly offered us a £15 discount to make up for it. We went back last night to collect our food, and we’re really happy to say everything was back to the high standard we were used to.
The portions were generous again, the food was delicious, and everything felt just like the great experiences we’d had there before. It really showed how much they care about their customers.
A bad day can happen anywhere, but what matters is how it’s handled — and they handled it brilliantly. We really appreciate the gesture and the effort they made to make things right. Thank you!
