I had such a great experience with Alma at Goin’ Postal! Even during an incredibly busy holiday week, she went out of her way to accommodate my fingerprinting and package drop-off quickly and efficiently. Her customer service was truly top-tier!! She was patient, organized, and made the whole process feel effortless despite the rush. It’s rare to find someone who handles both the workload and the customers with such kindness and professionalism. The versatility and available shipping options and especially the staff are the best combination about this branch of Goin Postal. I can make returns using UPS, I can find out the best way (fastest, least expensive) to send gifts to family members and never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. The people at the counter who help are friendly in conversation while prepping packages and labels. This makes for excellent customer service without long wait times.

Jackson at the Gate Parkway location is amazing! He knew exactly what we needed and how to get what we needed for a background check. He's quick at his job and very personable! I highly recommend going to the gate parkway location for ANY mailing needs or background check needs!

This business is awful. We've used them twice. The first time we sent 2 identical packages to cities 40 miles apart. Both arrived late, one several weeks after the other. The second time the package was not delivered TWICE when it was supposed to be, despite the address having been correct both times. Then they offered to ship it to a different address, but said it was "impossible" for them to create a new label without our paying the shipping price again. Such a scam!

Very helpful staff, super efficient and informative. I would go and post over there going forward rather prebook via FedEx and face errors like I did last time with FedEx. There is nice paintings for sale of a local artist on the wall as well.
