Brian attended my flat in Glasgow to deal with a blocked pipe/drainage issue linked with the condensate pipe from my boiler. He could not have been more helpful and thorough. It was not a straightforward job but Brian was well-equipped and experienced enough to get to a solution in good time. I would definitely use Go Flow again.

Highly recommend, Go-Flow turn up to help in less than 12 hours. Brian has been very patient and helpful in diagnosing the problem and fixing our blocked sewage much quicker than expected. All costs and the whole process are well explained beforehand. Their service charges are reasonable, just half of what we've been quoted by another company. It was a flawless professional service. Brilliant service from start to finish. Carrie on reception was lovely and really helpful throughout. Connor and the rest of the team did a great job with the work. They turned up on time got everything sorted without any hassle and left the place clean and tidy. You can tell they care about doing things properly.

Excellent response and service from Go-Flow Solutions, my partner contacted them in the evening after our sink began to overflow because of a blocked drain, had an emailed response very promptly and was asked to send pics, then he had a call and they arranged for an engineer to call before 10 am next day, engineer arrived around 9.30 am and drain unblocked very quickly. Would highly recommend 👌

Brilliant company to work with, good communication on phone and pricing fair. A big shout out to Scott who came to unblock my drain, the guy turned up clean and tidy and left covered in human excrement needing a good shower. Not knowing my drainage system he quicky diagnosed where the issue was and after about 2hrs battling a badly blocked drain, cleaned up behind himself with no issues at all. Great guy, great company, will use again.

Such a friendly group, the boys came and fitted a new boiler and radiators all in the one day and were wonderful, very efficient and clean, they took great care in the house. Honestly can’t thank and recommend Go flow and the whole team enough from reception right through to the plumbers, just an overall brilliant experience and pleasure to deal with and very reasonably priced.
