Had my rendering done by GMK builders. Sam and Mariglent were very easy to work with - they knew their stuff and worked hard to finish the job to the agreed deadline. The quality of the work is really good and my house was completely transformed.

Plastering/silicone rendering outside walls of shed and front extension of house. Job was initially done by a cowboy builder, poorly finished looking terribly bad. These guys rendered it to a very high standard. They completed the job in two days, started in the morning, and worked until it was dark. I have nothing but  praises for their professionalism, and  work ethics. Their attention to detail was magnificent. Very polite and cleared all rubbish from site. The finish was excellent. I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely rehire them next time. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Mario. And his team rendered our new extension and did a fantastic job. The quality of finish was excellent, and you would never know how bad the brickwork underneath is. Already planning to have the team back to complete some internal boarding and plastering. 100% recommend.

5* High quality work completed by Marjo. Very pleased with Marjo's services. We had a leak and the hallway ceiling had to be replaced. Marjo did a very good job taking off the ceiling, Plastering back new ceiling and painting. Marjo also painted the kitchen and the bathroom to a very high standard and these rooms look brilliant white. I initially expressed my anxiety as I have been previously disappointed by builders however Marjo takes his job with pride and was very professional and he completed the work within agreed timelines. I had also requested him to complete extra tasks and he was very polite with no additional charges. Very grateful and so happy and will hire again. Thank you.

Having seen the extensive work they completed on my neighbours property I employed GMK Builders to plaster two bedrooms and install a suspended ceiling. I have nothing but positive praise for both Mario & Maris. The completed works were of the highest standard. Mario, especially, is a perfectionist, and made double sure everything was just right. He made sure that we were informed exactly what was happening at every step. Though obviously breaking ceilings and plastering is very messy, they ensured mess was kept to a minimum. At the end of each day they cleaned up after themselves Maris is an accomplished electrician installing additional power points in various rooms. Both seem to be skilled in all building skills, be it plastering, decorating, electrical works. We were so pleased with the results that we have asked them to return in the spring, when the weather is a better, to render the back of our house. I have no hesitation in recommending GMK Builders and am sure you will be as happy as much as we are with their work

GMK did a fantastic job renovating our flat under many challenging circumstances (listed building, access issues etc). They completely gutted our flat, removing walls, moving others and fitting new bathrooms and kitchen as well as flooring and decorating to a very high standard. They are incredibly trust worthy, have a great work ethic and ensure work is completed to a fantastic standard. They often went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again.

GMK have recently completed works on my lovely, but fragile (full of character?!) 1900s cottage; repair to the ceiling, plastering, fitting a velux window following repair to rot damaged frame, repair to the roof and decorating. Communication was excellent throughout, the work was done sensitively, within budget and in a timely manner. Issues were explained to me thoroughly so I had the information I needed to make decisions. GMK went out of their way to accommodate the work with the weather and some logistical challenges going against us. Thank you for your work - I will be using you again without hesitation!

GMK have done a number of jobs for me recently, decorating, light building and dealing with roofing issues. In all cases they've completed the work on time, on budget and a great result. Very easy to deal with, and keen and able to provide practical solutions. Highly recommended.

Excellent work and very professional! They rendered the wall where the staircase and landing were since it was a challenging area for us to cover. They were very efficient and didn't waste any time. Very happy with the final result - the wall is now incredibly smooth and straight
