Great service from start to finish! Gary came out to our property, we discussed how many cameras we would like/need and where ideally we would like them located. After this he gave us a great a choice of packages to choose from with great prices, no push or pressure to go with a certain products, the choice was our independently to get the right security system for our home. Once we had decided on our package, Gary again, quickly had us booked in and installation was very quick! He has been extremely helpful with any queries we have! I highly recommend this company 😊

Gary was great all the way through - came out and discussed our needs and actually listened to what we required - the fitting of the system we chose was done with a minimum level of fuss and a maximum level of professionalism. Once installed Gary then talked us through all the aspects of the system and didn’t leave until he was happy we knew everything on how to use it to its full potential. An excellent service and would highly recommend.

GMC responded promptly when I asked about security systems. There was no fannying about. He asked me some straight forward questions about my needs and made a suggestion of what he recommended with a full and clear cost. I’d been stung before with hidden costs & charges by other firms so this was a positive straight from the outset. He checked when I was free to come do a survey to check that what he recommended suited 100% then left it with me to decide whether I wanted to proceed. When I made the decision to proceed GMC were flexible with dates/times. He arrived on time and removed the old faulty system, and installed the new one. He explained what he was doing and why at each stage. Afterwards he talked me through the set up, and responded promptly so after sales support was on the ball. In short he said what he did and did what he said - all for a very competitive price.

Would 100% recommend Gary. He was very helpful called out to the house had a look at my property gave me different options and prices and recommendations. The day of installing the camera system he was punctual, polite and very helpful explaining how to work it all. Everything was installed neat and tidy all cables hidden out of site. After it was all installed he made sure I was happy with how the cameras were positioned. Any further jobs I need doing I will definitely call him, I have also reccomended him to others already.

I contacted GMC Security Services when my previous CCTV system wasn't performing properly. I was immediately impressed with the speedy response and friendly demeanor of Gary and decided to go ahead and install a complete new system, along with an additional camera.
