GLS the team was doing great job on all the work we discussed and one year time back I reviewed everything is in great shape. The builder is fantastic and easy to communicate with and no doubt a must consider choice everyone who needs renovations. We are very happy with the electricity, plumbing, heating, painting and kitchen installation.

Outstanding quality builders on a complete house rebuild and garage conversion. Dimitar and his team did an outstanding job on an architect-designed build, going ‘back to brick’ and building it up again with extra floor space from converting the garage. They were highly efficient with great attention to detail, very knowledgeable about trade-offs between design and practicality, offering good solutions to any potential issues before they became a problem. Dimitar is very responsive with a good sense of humour and his team are very professional and courteous. Their quality of work is outstanding, which comes from the output of individual experts in their own craft rather than a team of generalists attempting to do everything. It was important to pick the right builders to execute on our dream designer home and GLS did not disappoint. Would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

Our Victorian House in Ealing was in need of total refurbishment. Friend of mine recommended GLS building contractors - as reputable builder in Ealing area. It was substantial load of works. New extension and about 40m2 of loft. 3 bathrooms and kitchen, also underfloor heating all over the house. Dimitar made all that process to look very easy and finished with high standard and unparalleled quality. Working with Dimitar and his team at GLS was great. They did a kitchen reno for us and we are very happy with the results. While the reno did take longer than expected, Dimitar made the process very easy. I was previously residing over an hour away from our new home, so commuting was difficult. He ensured that he sent picture updates regularly through WhatsApp, asked questions when he needed clarification, and requested for in-person meetings when needed. His team also kindly received all our packages for us. If there was something that we weren't happy about, he was open to making it right. They also give you ample time to find issues and will come back to fix them. For example, my dishwasher and one of the outlets wasn't working so he arranged time for his team to come by to resolve the issue. I would love to work with GLS again and highly recommend them.

Needing to find a reliable builder to install a new bathroom on the flat our daughter was buying in Ealing, we were lucky enough to come across Dimitar. As we are from Liverpool, we needed to have full confidence that the work being conducted on behalf of our daughter was in reliable hands. Dimitar did not let us down at any stage and in fact regularly went above and beyond the call of duty. We are all absolutely delighted by the quality of finish and the lack of stress involved; we have already booked GLS for further renovation of the property.

As an architectural practice we have worked with GLS on many projects, revolving around lofts and house extensions. Our company has relied on the GLS team to provide excellent customer and product experience. Moreover, the construction manager, Dimitar, was always professional, result-driven and produced everything within the planned timeframe. Overall, the loft and house extensions that we have done with GLS have made us proud of our work as architects. We do recommend them for residential projects!
