I had such a great experience with Marcus and really can’t recommend him enough. I came home late this afternoon to my dog after he had a pretty bad accident in his crate and was completely covered in 💩. I called around to several places, and Marcus was the only one available, but more importantly, he was incredibly kind and understanding about the whole thing. He took my baby in right away, cleaned him up perfectly, and had him looking like nothing ever happened in no time at all. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he works with. I’m so grateful for the help and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone reliable, professional, and truly caring!

I booked based off Google recommendations. Communication was great, I was offered an appointment within the week and the price was right. I was so excited because my dog is very overdue for a cut. 1.5 hours before our appointment I received a cancellation text due to an emergency. I waited a week before reaching back out for an estimate of how long the groomer might have their books closed (it was not mentioned if it was an emergency for their self or someone they knew, so I didn't have a good gauge of what to expect). That text went unanswered. Overall really disappointed ☹️. I hope things are ok with the groomer but was hoping to get some kind of response over the past 3 weeks...even if it was something along the lines of "the date is unknown".
