We recently had our washroom completely renovated by Marinel, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! It was a big job involving a full demolition and major plumbing changes, but Marinel handled everything with professionalism and great attention to detail. Feb 23, 2026 update: We recently had Marinel complete our second bathroom renovation, and once again, we’re extremely happy with the results. Just like our first project, the workmanship and attention to detail were excellent. The space looks clean, modern, and beautifully finished. When Marinel came to inspect our bathroom, he was very attentive to our concerns and needs. His professional expertise was invaluable in helping us to make good choices and to get the best design possible. We have an older home and there were many challenges with the slope of the floor and the interior of the walls. Marinel was up to the challenge! His workmanship was excellent and included reinforcement and original design or redesign whenever necessary. I had just purchased a new condo and Globus Renovations responded quickly and professionally when I needed a quote and a renovation done on my master bathroom. Marinel and his team were truly amazing to work with. He executed the project schedule on time, answered all my questions, and even offered ideas when I showed him pictures of what I wanted. Marinel and his team did a really good job! The project was about splitting the bathroom in two and using some of the closet space. It was a smaller, but complex project and he got it done in just over 3 weeks. It was the most cost-effective vendor from the list of companies we considered. That meant the responsibility of buying / picking up the fixtures was on us, as well as submitting the floor plan to the city, but it was worth it. Thanks Marinel for the great work!

We noticed Globus Renovation online due to his high rating and positive reviews. We ended up having Marinel renovated our main bathroom, installed hardwood floor and painted the entire house recently, and we are extremely satisfied with the result! The job was done with high quality and attention to details. Marinel is very knowledgeable with what he’s doing and gave us very good advices on how things should be done. He is very open to creative ideas and willing to find innovative ways to make things work. Pricing was fair too. I am looking forward to having him work on my other projects in the coming years.

I am so happy with my new bathroom - it was a complete rebuild from a built in shower to a bath, Everything was done to perfection regardless of the challenges an older house threw in the way. You also couldn’t have a nicer and more respectful team in your house. Strongly recommend for your renovation or just touch up projects.

We hired Globus Renovations to redo our bathroom, and had a great experience. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but Marinel was able to help plan exactly what needed to be done each step of the way. He did an excellent job installing the bathtub, along with tiling the walls and floor. Marinel was able to complete the job quickly and professionally. He suggested vendors who had quality work and materials. They left the place cleaner than it was before the work staryed. He had some great ideas on how to design the elements. I used Globus Renovations for my Kitchen, Laundry room and Walk-in Corridor renovations and would highly recommend them. Marinel did a fantastic job with the floor tiling, backsplash and painting. He is very precise. Tiles were skillfully placed and lined up to perfection with very little waste. He also did all the plumbing for the new faucets and had to realign the piping to adapt to the new sinks in all 3 rooms. Thank you Marinel for a job well done! BTW the painting was awesome as well.
