I had an excellent experience with this pest control service. Martin arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and identified the source of the problem right away. Within just a few days, I noticed a significant reduction in rats and the follow-up visit ensured everything was completely resolved. Their prices are fair, the treatment is effective, and the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and professional pest control.

Fantastic service from both operatives who visited (the first came in the middle of the night, within the hour), and the very helpful and sympathetic lady who takes calls. I am absolutely terrified (rats!) but nothing was too much trouble. They were efficient and reassuring when I felt incredibly upset and vulnerable. Highly recommended.

Very nice personal, professional young man (Martin) came to rid us of a wasp nest. He was very reassuring and made us feel confident of a good job, which it was. He left empty wasp nest as requested so I could show interested people. Thank you very much.

Had a infestation of some sort of bug, possibly spiders or ticks, called many places and they said they could not help. They arrived 30 mins after a call and agreed to help, paid and they returned shortly after. Now the infestation is gone and we are so grateful, friendly and speedy service. No complaints. We had a pest emergency around midnight and Global Pest Control was the only company that answered and was actually helpful. They were calm, reassuring, and gave us clear guidance even at that late hour. The technician arrived quickly, was professional, and handled everything with care. We felt safe and supported throughout the process. Very satisfied with the service—highly recommend them if you're in a tough spot!

They installed pigeon netting all round my balcony for me, as well as cleaning, disinfecting and removing a dead pigeon! It looks really secure and hopefully will continue to keep the pigeons away. Thank you.

A flat in my building contacted them for bed bugs, they convinced us we needed the whole building done… they left our house a complete state. Soaked floors, furniture, bedsheets, cushions, residue all over the floor, dirt from their shoes over our floor. Called the company hoping to make it clear we were unhappy with these services and to amend the fee they would be charging us, the person on the phone told me it was “not their issue” as they told us it may be damp (the amount of wet was more than ‘damp’). Just slept in a soggy bed despite changing and drying the sheets as it had soaked right through to the mattress. Very unimpressed. DO NOT USE.

I have used this company many times for different properties. I have had bed bugs, rodents and wasp nests multiple times and Global Pest Control never fail to solve the problem. Amazing customer service, they broke down everything and told me exactly what is needed to be done to solve the issue and they did it perfectly. I really can’t fault them, the technicians were very polite and professional and gave me good advice about the situation. They communicate very well and are always punctual. Very affordable price and the service they provide is 100% worth more than what you’re paying for. Would highly recommend.
