John is the best. He installed a minisplit in our upstairs two years ago and did a great job. When I needed to replace an old furnace John was the only person I called. He worked with me to get the perfect setup for my house. He always answers all my questions right away. He and his team do great work!!

I've been relying on John and his team in the past 8 years. They are always super responsive no matter how busy they are. My latest experience was the furnace motor going out in the middle of winter. Global once again came to the rescue quickly with reasonable pricing. I'm so glad I've found John and his team.

I contacted John for a failed pressure sensor in my furnace. He was very prompt in response and reasonable in his quote. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate on short notice and took care of the issue very next day. He was communicating well throughout the process. When my AC unit went out in September 2024. John from global heating and cooling came out and trying to fix my AC. My AC unit Was over 30 years old And the fan motor went out. He reached out to the manufacturer and other companies to see if he could get a new motor. Parts were scarce. The manufacturer would have to rebuild for a new motor. If the compressor was to go out then the AC unit was gonna Go dead because they didn’t make any parts for the compressor anymore. We decided just to get a Whole new heating and AC system. John took care of all the permits and everything else I needed to be done. John and his crew came in and replaced the whole system within two days. His crew was very friendly and professional. They lay down tarps for the floors and walls to make sure the house was clean and didn’t get dirty.They were knowledgeable in the system that they installed and answered any of my questions and walked me through the process. Great honest company! Owner came in and fixed my issue in a diagnostic visit. Best money ive ever spent. I thought this company charges a low diagnostic visit fee so thry can hit me hard on repair fees but i am glad to say i am wrong. Owner is very friendy, very honest and it was a pleasure doing business with them

John was very responsive and since it was an emergency situation i describe the situation to him over the phone and he clearly walked me through checking the system. I was able to diagnose with John what the issue was and he was very friendly giving me advised and instructions on how or where to look. Overall was able to work it through with John and was able to narrow down the issue getting my AC system back and running! John was excellent to work with and he is my one go to with all and any HVAC AC issues for the last 10 years!

Five years ago, I replaced a gas furnace with a new heat pump air conditioning, heating, and fan central HVAC system purchased from and installed by Global Heating and Cooling. I couldn’t be more impressed with their service from start to finish. The entire team was polite and friendly, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly, in spite of the challenging location selected for the air handler in the attic crawl space with limited area for maneuverability. The team took great attention to detail and left no mess behind. Notwithstanding a blown fuse three years ago—which Global Heating and Cooling diagnosed the cause of no heat being produced by the system and repaired within days of being alerted to the issue—the system has been running perfectly ever since. Global Heating and Cooling just performed the five year maintenance on the system. The appointment was scheduled within days, the technician was on time, completed thorough inspections, and ensured that everything continues to run at peak performance. John, the owner, answers periodic HVAC-related questions I have and repeatedly provides cost-conscious and practical recommendations on both the frequency and maintenance of the system and the benefits and limitations of my smart thermostat. He has never left me the impression that I was being “sold” on unnecessary services or overly-expensive equipment. Knowing that my system is in expert hands gives me real peace of mind. Their pricing is very competitive, especially considering the level of service and professionalism they deliver. These guys are awesome! We had a condensation leak coming from the AC but it was hard to find out where. John came out a second time and was able to pinpoint the problem as a plumbing error not even directly part of our HVAC system. He only charged me a very reasonable price for a single visit. I would gladly use them for any future HVAC work I need.

Had an issue with my AC and Condenser, and the team diagnosed the issue and setup a quick appointment for replacing the broken units. Very prompt on time and very professional. I have been using them for the last couple of years for yearly maintenance of the Furnace and AC unit. Excellent service and highly recommend them.
