Daniel is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He came to look at our fridge and explained what the problem was so that we could understand. When I was trying to decide on which new fridge to get, he took the time to talk me through the options that I had, and went through parts to see what repairs might cost in the future. He definitely went above and beyond, and we will be contacting him in the future when we have problems. Thank you so much for all of your help, Daniel!
