I called in on Saturday afternoon with an emergency painful tooth situation. After communicating with Ashley through the messaging chat, she was able to reach out to the doctor. She then called me and we spoke about my issue and how she was able to connect with the doctor, and put me on the schedule for a visit first thing Monday morning, while calling in RX’s to my pharmacy to help with the pain until then. While we spoke, it was obvious that Ashley was going the EXTRA mile for me and it was evident how she put the needs of her patients FIRST. Her positive energy and willingness to help was awesome, and we covered pre and post visit recommendations as well. The love she has for her work was extremely noticeable and comforting to me. Her positive energy was infectious! Ashley certainly represented the practice with an A++! Emmett

After having chemo I noticed that the enamel off all of my bottom teeth was eroded. We went to Dr Wassef and he was absolutely wonderful! Within 3 weeks I had my whole bottom fronts done and they're beautiful! Going back to get the back bottoms finished and then we'll start the tops! The office is a little hard to get into because you have to walk up a very steep flight of stairs, but that is the only bad thing I can say about this doctor's office. All of the staff is absolutely wonderful and I am just so happy I found them!

This was my first time coming to Glenwood Premiere. When I arrived I was greeted by Kelsey who was very welcoming. After my appointment was made, I was greeted by Joanna who is also very nice and gently walked me through the X-ray process as a first-time patient; Joanna’s playful energy made the process easy. I was then shown to Julia who efficiently took care of an impromptu (but needed) teeth-cleaning. Afterward I met Dr. Wassef who was very warm and explained everything clearly; He made scheduling for future appointments convenient. Then I was introduced to Ashley P. Ashley P guided me through the financial process and made things easier. Lastly, Ashley G did my scan for my appliance and she was very outgoing and easy to converse with! The personnel in the office are inviting, relatable people. From the moment I came to the time I left, I felt like I was at someone’s house rather than at a dental practice. I will be coming here from now on…Kim was also very sweet when I was leaving! Kat and Taryn were seen in passing and they were also Amazing and nice!.. The team here is very fun and exciting to be around!

With being in a tough period in life due to my job/insurance situation currently, Glenwood Dental has helped me tremendously with financing and on top of it feeling welcomed. From entering the office to being on your way out you’ll be treated professionally and cared for the whole way through, thank you everyone !

We prepaid Glenwood Premier Dental Group $9,500 toward a treatment plan totaling $27,275.20 for our son. The plan included two root canals, multiple crowns, extractions, bone grafts, a bridge, and sedation dentistry — yet the only services ever performed were one cleaning and one root canal. Throughout treatment we received contradictory information from different dentists: one said a second root canal was needed, another said it was not; one said the office offered sedation, another said they did not; and they also disagreed on how many extractions were needed. The office manager, Ashley, repeatedly told us that the total cost would remain the same even if major procedures were removed from the plan. We also experienced multiple disruptions and broken promises. During one visit, our son’s dentist left the room to assist with what the staff described as an emergency involving another patient. Our son was left unattended in the chair for about 45 minutes, during which no treatment was done. When the dentist finally returned, it was after 6pm and the office was already closed, and we were told the appointment had to be rescheduled. This delay had nothing to do with us but counted as another visit where no treatment occurred. At the final visit, where extractions were supposed to take place, the dentist instead told us that the procedure could not be performed there with sedation and recommended that our son go to a surgeon instead. This was extremely confusing because the office advertised sedation dentistry on their website, and we had been told earlier that the dentist treating our son was certified in sedation. This was one of the reasons we chose this practice over others. Because of all these issues, we notified the office on September 29, 2025, that we would be discontinuing treatment and requesting a refund. We followed up again on October 9 and October 20. In our last in-person meeting, Ashley said we had an $8,000 credit, but later texted that it was $7,827.40. We sent certified letters on October 28 and November 11 requesting the refund. After several follow-up emails and text messages, Ashley eventually claimed a refund check was “mailed on November 3rd,” but she provided no proof of mailing, no tracking number, no copy of the check, and no confirmation of the address used, and she refused to stop payment or reissue it. Her later explanation was that they were “awaiting their accountant to ensure the check has not processed,” which made little sense since we clearly stated we never received a check. As of November 22, 2025, despite repeated written requests, emails, texts, certified letters, and in-person discussions, no refund has been issued. After posting our experience online, Ashley contacted us continuously from Friday through Sunday requesting that we remove our review because it “affects their business.” On Saturday night, she suddenly stated the refund check would be ready for pickup on Monday — even though earlier she said nothing could be done until their accountant completed a review. This abrupt change suggested the refund was being made conditional on removing the review, which we chose not to do. Everything stated here is accurate, factual, and supported by documentation, including payments, timelines, messages, and certified letters.

Both Ashley's and Dr Wasef were nothing short of amazing. They made me feel comfortable and at ease with everything I have going on. We have a plan in effect and I couldn't be more happier to work with them. I've never laughed so hard at a dentists office when I originally came in petrified. Come book your dental needs with them, you'll be glad you did.

From beginning to end my experience at the Glenwood Premier Dental Group has been excellent. At the front desk Kelsey and Kim are very friendly and welcoming. The dental staff: Taryn, Joanna, and of course Dr. Mark are all professional and very comforting. And I cannot forget to mention Ashley who walked me through the treatment plan and pricing. Overall, they really have a great operation here.

Amazing!! I’ve literally never had a better experience with a dentist. I was seeking something for my fiancé to fill up a gap in his front teeth (from a crown failure) for our wedding photos, as well as cosmetic options as an alternative to Invisalign for me. I was TERRIFIED of high costs making a lot of this impossible (or sacrificing dental work for one of us so the other can get what they need) but I was actually shocked at how comfortable and relaxed and EASY Ashley and the doctor made the whole experience. If you’re reading this, girl thanks for texting with me at midnight and getting me set up like you did (in the middle of wedding planning!!) when everything is stressful and I have too many zoom calls and texts and emails happening at once. 😂 They were more communicative and helpful with us than some literal friends I know. And priced us a fraction of what our “budget” dentist who doesn’t do anything cosmetic costs for the same procedures.

Had the best experience today at Glenwood Premier dental. Julia the dental hygienist was professional, gentle and the sweetest. She made sure to make sure I was comfortable through out the process. She gave me tips and ways to better by oral hygiene. Definitely recommend coming as all the staff were kind and professional. Her calming demeanor really stood out!
