I visited this clinic for my wife's treatment and received excellent care. Dr. Jeong's treatment was impeccable. He was exceptionally professional. And the staff were all very friendly. Dr. Alfred Wo is the most capable and professional dentist I have ever met or been treated by. I have no background or personal connections in dentistry, so it is difficult for me to explain things using technical terms. From a purely personal standpoint, I have had two molars extracted, one of them just yesterday. Last time, even after the anesthesia wore off, I remember there was not much pain. Although I did take one Advil and one Tylenol before going to sleep, I was still surprised this time to wake up with almost no pain at all. Even during the procedure, when anesthesia prevents you from feeling pain, I could clearly observe—while lying in the dental chair—how carefully and considerately the extraction was being performed. That same level of care was evident after the anesthesia wore off as well. Of course, experiences may vary from person to person, but it was unmistakably different from extractions I had at other clinics. Even with anesthesia, you can still feel the pressure applied to the jaw. Yesterday, when my upper molar was extracted, it was a fairly difficult procedure because the bone was extremely hard, yet the pressure on my jaw was not significant. That, in itself, speaks to technical skill. There was also no noticeable swelling. Above all, Dr. Alfred’s genuine consideration for his patients comes through in his facial expressions, tone of voice, and the way he explains things. Pricing is transparent, estimates are always provided in advance, and he consistently puts patients at ease. I would describe this clinic as a place where you truly feel care and consideration. Dr. Alfred seems to be someone who combines kindness with excellent skill. As mentioned earlier, I had two molars extracted along with bone grafting, and everything went smoothly. I’ve also had cleanings and routine checkups (yes, I know—I seem to have a lot of dental issues, 😅). The dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff were all kind, professional, and highly competent. Together, they truly felt like a well-coordinated and excellent dental service team. This impression is not based on a single visit or a one-time good experience, but on what I have consistently felt over the past year and a half of multiple visits. That is why I continue to come here with confidence.

I loved that they provided tablets for kids in the waiting area. The appointment was fast, and Dr. Emily Jeong was incredibly professional. I felt very confident because the explanation was so thorough and accurate. I was actually visiting another place through a friend’s referral, but after today’s appointment, I’ve decided to move here for good.

I came to Glenbrook Dental with a bit of work to be done on my teeth and my experience with Dr. Emily and Dr. Alfred was a great experience, considering the unpleasrabel work that needed to be done .I found them very gental and throural . The whole staff is amazing, they make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in. Glad I found them!

We love the whole team at Glenbrook Dental from the receptionists to the dentists! Dr. Emily and Dr. Alfred are wonderful and very thorough, and every hygienist we’ve had has been amazing too. Our kids - who are usually very nervous to go to the dentist - are completely comfortable with the team here and we’re grateful we found such a great dental office!

A few weeks after our happy visit, we went back today for my 3-year-old's first cleaning and fluoride treatment. Every staff member was so kind and explained everything in detail. My child really enjoyed the experience and was happy throughout the check-up. I had considered going to a pediatric dental clinic, but they handled everything so well at my child’s level that it wasn’t necessary. I highly recommend this place!
