Glassic Solutions AKA Jordan was amazing! Jordan provided great customer service from informing of his pricing, questions I had and his availability. The day came for my windshield replacement, he stated it’d be 45 min to an hour change but when completed; it honestly felt like 10 minutes. I can see clearly now! I had a wonderful experience with this company today. I called and they came to my house and repaired two windshields that were broken. I was extremely pleased with their customer service. They gave me a quote over the phone and immediately set up an appointment and repaired the glass efficiently an expertly. I highly recommend them!

Disappointed. I went to this glass company because the reviews were high but the prices are too expensive out of pocket. I think the positive reviews were made by people whose insurance paid for it so they didn't have to pay much out of pocket. In addition, it was hard to reach a person when I called the number, it didn't go through and ended having to communicate by text which took awhile, to actually get any answers. It's much quicker to look around and see if you can get the best deal or go through insurance recommendations. Update 2/20/2024 FYI, I got my windshield replaced through insurance by Safelite with OEM glass, and it was over 300 dollars less than the estimate that was given to me by the owner and it would be even cheaper, if you pay by cash instead of insurance so check your options.

Jordon answered the phone first call, got back to me same day with a quote, set a day for install only a few days away and made sure to call when he thought he might not be able to make it and reschedule for the next day.
