Came in with a quarter-sized crack in my windshield, and Louie took amazing care of it. He was kind, honest, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. My husband had been there twice before, but this was my first visit. I initially chose to go somewhere else — and I’m so glad I changed my mind. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for trustworthy and quality work!

I had my appointment and they took me right away so I waited 30 minutes and I was done and on my way. Would definitely recommend for fast reliable service. Plus the staff was amazing. I wished everyone had service like them. They were also so close to where I live in Beaumont. Less than 10 minutes away. Their prices are the best out of the 5 places I checked. 5 big stars for this place.

Great place to get your windows repaired/replaced. They know every detail of the job and use best equipment. Prices, nice and experience were well meant

Called on Wednesday and Louie got me in by Friday. You can drop your car at the shop or they come to you & installation took about an hour. This shop also had the BEST prices compared to other businesses I called in the area, including SafeLite. Glass also came with one year warranty. Very satisfied with the customer service and the overall work done, I’ll be a returning customer for sure.

I was very pleased with the service i received from the Glass Doctor. This company was very professional and the owner was very polite and i was impressed on the brand new windshield that this company installed in my Honda Accord LX 2 door coupe. I would highly recommend this company.
