Got a big stone chip on my windshield and called Glass Doctor in San Carlos. They picked up and got me in immediately for an evaluation with no appointment. The owner and the staff are friendly and professional. They explained the risk of each option. I was ready for a windshield replacement but the owner said a repair was possible! The entry to the shop is sport car friendly (you will not scrape your car here). I appreciate the honestly and professionalism of the owner. Will be coming here for all my future windshield related issues.

I highly recommend Glass Doctor Auto of the Peninsula! I brought in my 2025 Tesla for a windshield replacement, and Erik, the owner, was incredibly genuine and authentic. From the start, he advised me to check my lease and deductible to ensure I had the best option. I called Friday and he got me in by Monday! The communication was great, and the service went above and beyond. They vacuumed and even charged my car! They left a free glass cleaner and notepad. The shop is spotless, and his whole team is so kind.

From start to finish, working with Glass Doctor for my windshield replacement was a seamless and pleasant experience. Eric on the phone was personable and helpful, scheduling an appointment and providing a transparent quote of the cost for services. Philip the technician was prompt, courteous and provided exceptional work in replacing my windshield in the parking lot at my office, a great convenience allowing me to continue working during that time. The entire process took just a little over an hour, the windshield was expertly installed, and Glass Doctor provided complimentary glass cleaner as well. I'm very happy with the work that was done, the price comparable to other providers, and the fantastic communication with every representative.

They did an excellent job fixing my windshield — quick, professional, and high quality work. What really stood out was that they went beyond my original request and also took care of a reflector issue I hadn’t even planned to fix. Truly great customer service and attention to detail. This place saved me!! Eric the owner is one of the kindest people I have ever met. From the moment I called to schedule my glass repair to coming in and waiting and even checking out I felt so cared for. The work was done at an exceptional rate compared to what I was quoted by multiple different glass repair shops. The customer service from the glass technician was also 10/10 and I will be coming here for all glass repairs in the future they are awesome !

Erik and Philip were so fantastic and experienced. I had a rock chip that was starting to spread on my Tesla and they both came to the driveway of the shop to examine it and to fix it . the technician Philip knew what he was doing and he was so friendly and always kept a smile while fixing the chip. The chip is now barely visible and I feel much safer knowing the crack won’t grow. It was my first experience at the Glass Doctor and I highly recommend it. My windshield replacement was an awesome experience with the Glass Doctor. Thank you to Erik and his team for making a worrisome experience feel so much better. From the very first phone call what made the Glass Doctor stand out in service was the communication. Even just a quick phone call to let me know. The part that came in was damaged and that they’re waiting on the new one. This loan made me feel better and not felt like I was being ignored as it would be with customer service for other companies and industry . From personal advice on choosing the type of brand of glass to maintaining my vehicle afterwards, Eric and Philip took very good care of what I consider to be one of my prize possessions. Do not hesitate to have your windshield or glass repair done with the Glass Doctor. You won’t regret it and you’ll be very happy when it’s all done.
