Glass Daddy recently installed a beautiful shower glass door in our bathroom. Their installation was a perfect ten start to finish. They were helpful and responded quickly with a preliminary quote on the glass and installation. Even when we decided to wait a few months to move forward with our glass install, they were kind and patient with us. They kept us feeling great about the project, from installation to completion of the work. The day of the install, they were careful and focused on ensuring the install ran smoothly. We have a 100-year-old house, so there were some things that weren't exactly square or level, and there were even a few surprises. Mark was able to think quickly and problem-solve on the fly. He reworked and tweaked something that was able to get the glass positioned perfectly inside our 100-year-old home. We LOVE OUR GLASS SHOWER DOOR! Where do I start with this amazing team... Being a DIY type of person, I attacked replacing outdated french style grids on a pair of french doors to my shed. During the install I shattered one side of one pain, and lost the entire sealed lite to the other door. After licking my wounds and bruised ego, I emailed Glass Daddy over the weekend, as it was Saturday when things didn't work out according to plan. Palmer called me first thing Monday morning and asked how he could help. Made me an appointment with Mark, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable of what exactly needed to get done. Mark even went as far as to tape up the shattered pane so that it wouldn't fall and make a mess while we figured out replacement. Mark got me numbers, got approved, and they were ready to rock and roll with an install, less than a week later. Trust me when I say: Glass Daddy has your back! We’ve had them do several jobs for us now. We got a few quotes around town for our initial shower glass install and working with “the Marks” has been wonderful through it all! We got quoted cheaper somewhere else but our contractor spoke so highly of Glass Daddy’s service that I figured the slightly higher price was worth better service and guarantee. The communication through the whole process has been seamless- Mark is super responsive via call or text and was extremely kind when speaking about his fellow glass competitors in bend regarding our initial quote. I find that type of kindness toward competitors speaks highly of any company. Fast forward to the shower glass install: seamless process, great communication and service. One issue: the “handle/pull” of the shower door wasn’t what we discussed. Glass Daddy insisted on fixing it by replacing at no cost to me. I insisted that wasn’t necessary but to give me maybe a slight discount on a quote for another small glass job. They not only installed the other “small glass job” (swapping out the glass quails in our front doors for clear glass) for FREE, but they also surprised us with a brand new full glass slider panel with the correct pull, “just because that’s what we do”. I am also a local small business owner and when other businesses go above and beyond to a) buy speak highly of their competitor and b) go above and beyond with their product, service, install and c) acknowledge and fix any discrepancies, they win big in my book. Despite the slight “issue”, they’re now my go-to glass people. Because I know if there’s ever any issue now or down the road, I’m confident Glass Daddy will support me as a customer, because “that’s just what (they) do”. Side note, thanks to our contractors at VIP Remodeling for strongly suggesting we pay a tiny bit more for the job with Glass Daddy compared to a competitor simply for the fact that their install quality and customer service are top notch.

We had a custom pet door installed into our existing sliding glass door, along with a frosted piece of glass into our pantry door. Everything from the first contact to scheduling the estimate to being kept in the loop with the installation date was seamless. The installers we on time, courteous, and efficient. We had a fantastic experience with Glass Daddy! They replaced several window glass panes for us, made us a custom interior round window glass, and completed our primary shower glass and door. When the manufacturer sent the wrong materials, their team handled it with great communication and professionalism — they kept us informed the whole time and even came out on a Saturday morning to get everything finished as soon as the correct glass arrived. The install looks beautiful, and the quality of their work is top-notch. Highly recommend them for both residential and custom glass projects! We had to add glass to our shower remodel as part of a home sale agreement where we were given no flexibility on timing. I have a home that was built 30 years ago. It has custom designed wooden Pella windows which are beautiful and complex due to the design. I accidently broke one of the windows. PELLA told me they no longer repair or make replacement parts for windows that age. Their solution was to buy a replacement that would not match the rest in my home. I called several glass companies in Bend and was told they did not repair wooden windows. I ultimately called Glass Daddy and was totally impressed. Mark came to my home and provided a reasonable estimate for glass replacement. Within 10 days Mark returned and metecuously disassemled the complex sash on the window and installed the glass. I could not be happier with the result...

This is the ONLY glass company to use in Central Oregon. They provided a very reasonable estimate and the work was completed promptly and professionally. They return calls within 15 minutes and work to accommodate your schedule. Other companies were slow to respond, wait times for estimates were long, and some failed to respond at all. Save yourself time, just call Glass Daddy.
