They take the time to listen, explain each step of the process, and make sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout your visit The atmosphere is positive and encouraging, which made my visit enjoyable. I truly appreciate their patience, smiles, lauughter. and the way they treat each patient like family. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for compassionate and courteous care!

This was my first visit to Glass City Spine. The waiting room was very clean. The whole staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Any questions that I had were answered right away. I can't wait to start my treatments to help feel better. Thank you to the staff at Glass City Spine.

I was referred to Glass City Spine after a car accident. Dr. Dean Patrick took the time to listen and understand what I was going through after my accident. Dr. Patrick is incredibly knowledgeable and professional! After just a few sessions, I noticed a huge difference. It's been 2 years since my car accident, and I still go for regular adjustments and am living with less pain now, thanks to Dr. Dean Patrick! I highly recommend Glass City Spine & Dr. Dean Patrick if you are in pain! It’s rare to find a doctor who cares this much about your long-term wellness. The office staff is also incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcomed and cared about.

Highly recommend. I was in an accident several months back. I have been to two other providers and have only found temporary relief. I was referred to Glass City Spine and from scheduling to initial appointment and treatment it has been a great experience. I feel like treatment is specialized for me. I am so glad I found Glass City Spine, the staff is welcoming and friendly, listens to me and first treatment I felt some immediate relief.

So I'm going to update my review and reiterate that I am very happy with the diagnosis and the treatment I've been getting from Glass City spine every one of these excellent professionals continue to make my rotary cuff problem go from very serious to realize it's going to actually heal. That's a lot coming for me considering I did not have a lot of faith in physical therapy before I got there.

Today was my first visit to Glass City Spine The staff was absolutely wonderful. Patient, kind, caring and very very thoughtful. Dr Dean was very enlightening with my particular situation and I appreciate it very much. Looking forward to working with the office.

I called to see if my insurance was covered and was told by the young man that he did not know and a person who knew was on the phone and he'd give me a call back. Well almost 2 hours later no call back. So I called again and was told my insurance was not covered which is Anthem. And I hear the gentleman in the background ask is that Joe . Tell him his insurance isn't covered. Thanks for the call back. It was like talking to children both times I called. The doctors may be fantastic the receptionists not so much.

Definitely recommend them, i was so nervous my anxiety was going crazy they took me in like I was one of theres. They treated me like family and treated my babygirl amazing aswell, Definitely 10/10 recommend

Dr. Dean and his team are excellent and compassionate! Always welcomed with a smile and leave treatments feeling much better than before. Wonderful bedside manner, honest, and easy going! Highly recommend.
